As you can see on the chart, there is clear positive divergence forming on the RSI, which is in completely oversold territory, MACD is also turning upside.
With all FUD regarding the Chinese stocks, I would say it is hard to find an American listed company so cheap and with such potential.
Proceed with caution.

Looking at the chart, it seems that NASDAQ:TAOP has broken a huge falling wedge. Also, bullish divergence is present on monthly MACD as well as bullish cross over on monthly MACD.
