once the gold line breaks - we'll see double digit mortgage interest rates within the next 10-20 years. That should coorelate with house prices going down but keep in mind, you'd theoretically be better off buying a house at a higher $ amount with a lower interest rate. GL america

been eyeing the bearish rsi divergence for a while now, ill short on the break of the gold resistance line. Not sure what will be the reason but this is way over due for some gravity
