Why BTC is till going down? Because it could not pass resistance , look at the picture... Maybe it could go to 28.000usd and then UP or in the worste scenatio, price will go to 25.000usd and if price will not stop fall then it will go to 20.000usd and BTC will be in BIG bear market.
