TD Sequential Daily reversal- Certainly worth covering shorts

I've felt for a while now that btc won't start going up again until we return to re-test the 100 ma on the daily chart. It was bouncing off the 100 ma on March 4th that set off the previous sharp rise. I am expecting the same here. We may well re-test it again at some point but i now feel we are at the same point as March 4th.
