as BTC lost over 50% of its dominance in past a few years it is expected to move upward at least to 70%. while BTC retrieve its dominance ALTs will not be able to pump. but also they wont dump. they will range in the same prices instead.

In my opinion 15.5k was the bottom and we wont see that price ever again but there is an unfilled gap in 20k so its very likely to see that price soon logically 120k can be the next ath but i wont be surprised even if BTC breaks 200k

The listing on exchanges will likely happen after February.
