Appears that neobtc is forming a Bullish Pennet Flag. Has shown support on the bottom line and resistance at the top line during the past few hours today. My Buy signal will be in the green boxed are near resistance @ midnight tonight. Neo has already tested resistance line twice so third test and breakout above will confirm continuation of pattern.
