ETH is looking like an absolute train wreck vs Bitcoin. This is good news for the entire ecosystem. Look at 2017, for example. ETHBTC crashed like CRAZY while BTC rallied to its all time high and market cycle top, and then ETHBTC rallied like crazy in the last month and blow off top for ETH. I think this will be a similar setup this fall. I might be moving most of my Ethereum over to BTC to anticipate this move. Look for the ETHBTC price to be bottoming out for a market cycle top for Bitcoin, and then expect an Ethereum blow off top during a Bitcoin relief rally. I think this will be NO different from 2017.
