NEAR a difficult coin just like ATOM in the past. Now it broke again the 4H support and maybe it's a deviation.
Entry: Right now on 4H support
SL: Tight SL right below around 14.3-14.4$

The big picture looks good just like ATOM in the past with the RSI good on the weekly and also in daily.
