SPX: Nov'19 -study for 2020 Range and target Dec 2019

2020 Yearly Range Study is for my own view, however, if anybody would agree or disagree, do share your view. A different perspective on this subject is very much appreciated.
Note
The perfect level of 3191 Sell Level was triggered and aggressive sell occurred since mid-February 2020.It is not the time to buy the dip yet.
