On the right of the chart above, you can see the Year-to-Date returns of each major sector as compared to
SPX #SP500.
(Note: The returns are dependent on the viewable date scale shown on your screen. So, if you drag the chart to earlier date - the Returns-to-date will change)

KEY Watchlist:
Waiting
XLU (Utilities) & 
XLP (Consumer Staples) to bottom & reversal. Will take sometime. The unloved sectors in 2020 will start to shine soon. Wait for reversal confirmation to enter.

XLK (Technology sector) - bearish bias. Prices has seen a pullback to 100ema on the daily chart where it should find strong support. (a further retrace to 200ema still possible). Wait for reversal confirmation if you are still planning to enter Tech plays such as 
TSLA, 
AAPL, 
AMZN, 
FB, 
BABA, 
MSFT 
ARKK
.
