It operates through four segments: Television, The West, Other Business and New Ventures. The Television segment engages in production and operation of commercial television programming and stations as well as distribution of programming content. The West segment includes publishers of newspapers and inserts magazines. The Other Business and New Ventures segment is made up of equity accounted investees and other ventures investments. The company was founded in 1956 and is headquartered in Perth, Australia.
