The company was founded by Selahattin Bey Azit, Ali Baki Uras, Ali Tanriyar, Osman Alp Yalaman, Faruk Erol, Suren Sahabettin Sefketli Kocatopçu, and Esfak Aykac on November 26, 1997 and is headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.
