The corporate segment includes corporate category discontinued operations, reserves for run-off structured settlement, and terminal funding agreement liabilities, restructuring costs, and capital raising activities. The company was founded by Terry Nathaniel on May 10, 1810, and is headquartered in Hartford, CT.
