Bitcoin - Drop to 98,922 then a big pump! (Buy here)Bitcoin is falling again mostly because of Trump's aggressive attack on Iran. But technical analysis in general is very strong, and we can find strong levels where smart money has their buy orders. You, as a fish, always want to trade with big whales. Bitcoin is approaching an extremely strong level, which is the bottom of the bullish flag and 1:1 Fibonacci extension. This level is exactly at 98,922 USDT and this is where you definitely want to put your buy orders. I am confident we will see a significant pump from this level. From the Elliott Wave point of view, Bitcoin is finishing a major ABC ZigZag correction. A classic textbook ZigZag pattern has a 1:1 fib extension between its waves. At this point we don't know if this is going to be the bottom on Bitcoin or not, because ZigZag can transform into a complex WXYXZ Triple three corrective pattern. Of course there are no patterns with 100% probability of success, but this ABC seems to be very probable, at least for a short-term bounce. Now the most important question - where to take profit? If we buy at 98,922 we definitely want to take profit at a strong resistance on the way up. BTC - Double Top after Liquidity Sweep?Price has recently executed a Buy Side Liquidity Sweep just above the previous high. This type of move often signals a potential shift in market direction, especially when followed by signs of exhaustion or failure to push higher. In this case, price has formed a double top near the 106,600 level, a classic sign of weakening bullish momentum and hesitation at a key resistance area. Following the Sweep, the projection suggests a possible rejection from this region, leading to a corrective move to rebalance the inefficiencies left behind by the sharp upward impulse. These inefficiencies are marked as Fair Value Gaps —areas where price moved too quickly, leaving imbalanced zones between buyers and sellers. The market tends to return to these areas over time as it seeks equilibrium. The first Gap lies just below the 0.28 Fibonacci retracement and may serve as an initial area for a reaction. If price slices through this level without meaningful support, attention shifts to the second Gap, which aligns closely with the 0.50 to 0.618 retracement zone. This region is historically significant for pullbacks and could offer a temporary pause or bounce. Should the move extend further, the third and deepest Gap, located between the 0.618 and 0.65 levels , becomes a key area of interest. It marks a critical rebalancing zone that could attract stronger buying interest. If this area fails to hold, the 0.786 retracement level sits just below and may act as a final point for support before any broader directional change. For refined entries, traders can watch lower timeframes like the 5-minute chart. Look for signs of weakness, such as an inverted Gap or a lower-timeframe break in structure, to time positions with tighter risk. This allows participation in the broader move while maintaining tactical precision. The confluence of a Buy Side Liquidity Sweep, a double top , and multiple Gaps below provides a clear framework for a potential downside play. As always, let the price action lead. Bitcoin - Time to sell, huge drop will follow (must see!)Bitcoin is currently approaching a very strong resistance of this major bullish flag! We definitely want to sell resistances and buy supports, not the other way around, until we have confirmations. Bitcoin's price action is statistically very boring during summer seasons! Usually high volatility kicks in in September. I think we cannot really expect a new all-time high in the next few weeks. Instead, we should see a big range. In the short term, Bitcoin should go back at least to around 102,600 USDT to fill up the FVG. Also, markets always move in waves, and this move from 98,200 seems to be exhausted already. On the chart we can clearly see a blue trendline, and price went below this trendline at the end of May. This indicates that the uptrend is over and a consolidation/distribution phase is in progress. This phase is usually represented as a bull flag, triangle, rectangle, or wedge. When we look at the current price action, it looks like a bullish flag consolidation pattern. Bitcoin is currently in the sell around 109k There are 2 types of traders. The first one they love to trade ranges, and the second they love to trade breakouts and higher volatility environments. Currently I think Bitcoin is creating a range, so do not expect any crazy movements until this bullish flag is valid. Bullish flags are usually bullish patterns, but often they break down and act like bearish patterns. So what would happen if this bullish flag breaks down? That would send the price of Bitcoin to the 0.618 FIB, which is at 88,882 USDT. What if this bullish flag breaks out? That would send the price of Bitcoin to 116,000 to 125,000, but to establish this price, we first need to see the low of the bull flag, which is not confirmed yet. A FVG is a technical concept used by traders to identify inefficiencies in price movement on a chart. The idea behind a fair value gap is that during periods of strong momentum, price can move so quickly that it leaves behind a "gap" where not all buy and sell orders were able to be executed efficiently. This gap creates an imbalance in the market, which price may later revisit in an attempt to rebalance supply and demand. A fair value gap is typically observed within a sequence of three candles (or bars). The first candle marks the beginning of a strong move. The second candle shows a significant directional push, either bullish or bearish, often with a long body indicating strong momentum. The third candle continues in the direction of the move, opening and closing beyond the range of the first candle. The fair value gap itself is defined by the price range between the high of the first candle and the low of the third candle (in the case of a bullish move), or between the low of the first candle and the high of the third (in a bearish move). This range represents the area of imbalance or inefficiency. ------------------------------- What is an IFVG? An Inverse Fair Value Gap (IFVG) occurs when a traditional Fair Value Gap (FVG) is not respected by price, and instead of acting as a support or resistance zone, price breaks through it with strength. Normally, a Fair Value Gap represents a price imbalance left by a strong move, and when price returns to this area, it often reacts by respecting the gap, bouncing off it or reversing, because it's seen as a high-probability level where orders may rest. However, in the case of an IFVG, price does not respect this imbalance. Instead, it slices through the FVG in the opposite direction, showing that the initial momentum behind the imbalance has weakened or reversed. This breach is a strong indication that market sentiment is shifting. What was once a zone of strength now becomes invalid, and this failed reaction signals that the opposite side of the market (buyers or sellers) has taken control. The IFVG highlights a key transition in momentum. It tells traders that the prior bias, bullish or bearish, is breaking down, and the new dominant force is pushing price beyond levels that would typically hold. This makes the IFVG useful not only as a sign of failed structure but also as a potential confirmation of a trend reversal or strong continuation in the opposite direction. Essentially, where an FVG usually acts as a wall, an IFVG is what’s left after that wall gets knocked down. ------------------------------- What is a bullish IFVG? A bullish Inverse Fair Value Gap (IFVG) occurs when price breaks through a bearish Fair Value Gap (FVG) instead of respecting it. In a typical bearish FVG, the expectation is that when price retraces into the gap, it will react to the imbalance, usually by reversing lower, as the area represents previous selling pressure or inefficiency caused by aggressive sellers. However, when price does not react bearishly and instead breaks cleanly through the bearish FVG, it signals a shift in market sentiment and momentum. This breakout through the imbalance suggests that buyers are now in control and that the bearish pressure in that zone has been absorbed or invalidated. What was once considered a resistance area is now being overpowered, often leading to continued bullish movement. ------------------------------- What is a bearish IFVG? A bearish Inverse Fair Value Gap (IFVG) occurs when price breaks through a bullish Fair Value Gap (FVG) instead of respecting it. In a normal bullish FVG, the expectation is that when price returns to the gap, it will act as support and prompt a move higher, as this area represents a previous imbalance created by strong buying pressure. However, when price fails to respect the bullish FVG and instead breaks down through it, this signals a shift in momentum to the downside. The anticipated support fails to hold, suggesting that buyers are no longer in control or that their efforts have been overwhelmed by aggressive selling. This kind of move transforms the bullish FVG into a bearish signal, as it confirms weakness in what was previously considered a demand zone. ------------------------------- How to trade the IFVG? Trading the Inverse Fair Value Gap (IFVG) requires patience, precision, and clear confirmation of a shift in momentum. The process involves waiting for key conditions to form before entering a trade. Here's how to approach it step-by-step: First, you need to wait for a liquidity sweep. This means price must take out a recent high or low, typically a short-term liquidity pool, trapping traders on the wrong side of the market. This sweep sets the stage for a potential reversal and indicates that the market is ready to shift direction. After the liquidity sweep, watch for a 1-minute Fair Value Gap (FVG) to form and then get broken in the opposite direction. This break is crucial, it’s what creates the Inverse Fair Value Gap. The invalidation of this initial FVG confirms that momentum has switched and that the market is no longer respecting the previous imbalance. Once the IFVG has formed, your entry comes on the close of the candle that breaks and closes beyond the IFVG, above it in a bullish scenario, or below it in a bearish one. This close confirms that the gap has not held and that price is likely to continue in the new direction. Place your stop loss below the low (for a bullish setup) or above the high (for a bearish setup) of the structure that formed the IFVG. Bitcoin - Bears Take Control, Reversal Coming?After an aggressive bullish rally, Bitcoin has filled a clean 1H imbalance zone near 108K and swept short-term liquidity above recent 1H highs. The move into premium pricing saw clear signs of rejection, with a strong bearish reaction directly inside the imbalance area. This reaction confirms the area as a valid supply zone and signals that bulls may have exhausted their momentum in the short term. Liquidity Sweep and Rejection The sweep of prior highs was sharp and quick, lacking follow-through, and was immediately followed by rejection wicks and a drop in momentum. This kind of price action typically hints at engineered liquidity grabs, where smart money drives price into inefficiencies to fill orders before reversing direction. That liquidity sweep, paired with the fill of the 1H FVG, increases the probability that this high is now set in place for a short-term reversal. Key Short-Term Level to Watch The immediate level of interest lies at the most recent low before the rally, marked clearly as a potential short-term support. This low often acts as a magnet post-sweep, as price retraces to test if there’s real buyer interest left or not. If this low fails to hold, the bearish momentum could accelerate into the nearby 4H Fair Value Gap around the 102.5K–101.9K area. Fair Value Gap and Lower Target That 4H FVG has not yet been filled, and there’s also a small unmitigated imbalance sitting just above it. If price drops into this zone and still fails to show strong buyer interest, the path opens toward a more significant downside move. The final downside target sits near 98K, highlighted by a higher timeframe demand area and major structure level. This zone would only come into play if all intermediate support levels break cleanly. Bearish Roadmap Short-term, I expect a retest of the recent low, followed by a possible reaction. But if that reaction fails and momentum stays bearish, the 4H FVG fill becomes highly likely. A break below that would shift control decisively to sellers, with 98K as the next major liquidity pocket to target. This move would also clean out most of the inefficiencies left behind by the recent aggressive bullish move. Conclusion The rejection from the 1H imbalance and liquidity sweep suggest Bitcoin’s recent rally may be done for now. Until we reclaim the 1H FVG and break above recent highs with strength, the bias is bearish. If the key low breaks, I’ll be watching how price reacts inside the FVG zone. Bitcoin - Bounce Incoming or Breakdown to 97.5k?Market Context Bitcoin recently swept the 100k lows, clearing out built-up liquidity beneath that level. This move formed a strong reaction candle, suggesting interest from buyers and confirming the presence of resting demand. The sweep aligns with the concept of smart money targeting obvious liquidity pools before shifting direction. It also marks a potential short-term low, at least temporarily. Short-Term Structure and FVG Setup Following the sweep, price tapped into a clean 1H fair value gap and has been respecting it so far. This is our immediate line in the sand. As long as this gap holds, we’re dealing with a scenario of temporary bullish order flow. The market structure on lower timeframes suggests the potential for a short-term rebound, possibly into the inefficiencies left above. Upside Target and Gap Fill Potential If price continues to hold the 1H FVG, we could see a push higher that targets unfilled gaps above, particularly the one where we saw a clean rejection previously. There’s a clear inducement just above recent highs, so a sweep of those could be used to fill that imbalance. This would align with the idea of running internal liquidity before reversing or stalling at supply. Bearish Breakdown Scenario On the flip side, if price breaks down from the 1H FVG without reclaiming structure, the entire bullish idea invalidates. In that case, I expect price to gravitate back toward the 97.5k zone. This would be a logical area for deeper mitigation and potential reaccumulation, especially since it sits below the current consolidation. The failure to hold the gap would signal weak demand and continuation of the broader bearish leg. Scouting Liquidity and Price Flow Right now, the main idea is tied to how price behaves around the short-term 1H FVG. That is the pivot. Hold it, and we should see some form of liquidity run into the unfilled gap above. Lose it, and the next wave of downside should unlock, pushing us closer to 97.5k. Either way, liquidity remains the core driver in both directions. Conclusion Price has swept major downside liquidity and is now reacting to a key imbalance. As long as the 1H fair value gap holds, I expect short-term upside targeting unfilled inefficiencies and internal highs. Bitcoin may reach resistance level and then start to declineHello traders, I want share with you my opinion about Bitcoin. Previously, the price was trading inside a well-defined downward channel, repeatedly rebounding from both the support and resistance lines. Each upward move got rejected within the seller zone, especially around the 108500 - 109200 range, which acted as a strong barrier multiple times. Later, BTC dropped to the buyer zone near 102700 - 102000, and from there, we saw a strong impulse up. This impulse broke through the channel resistance line and the support area, indicating a short-term bullish breakout. At the moment, the price is approaching the resistance level at 108500, which previously served as a turning point. Given that this area also aligns with the upper boundary of the seller zone, I believe we may see another reversal from this level. In my opinion, after reaching resistance, BTC may start a new downward wave, targeting the 102700 support level. This is where I’ve set my TP 1. Considering the recent breakout, the historical significance of the resistance, and the strong reaction from seller zones, I remain bearish in the short term and expect a potential decline toward support. We have good news to start today and it is all based on Bitcoin's price action. This is going a bit deep on the daily noise, price swings. Price action analysis Bitcoin went deep on its sideways range and tested below 100K. This is normal for a sideways market. The positive news comes from the fact that Bitcoin is once more trading above $106,000 and already hit above $107,000. This type of action reveals a bullish bias. If the market was mainly bearish with a major drop on the deck, say going below 90K or 80K even, then Bitcoin would not be allowed to go beyond $105,000. In fact, any bounce or small recovery would be quickly sold as bear would be active, waiting and selling each time prices move up. The fact that Bitcoin can grow day after day and consume all selling pressure while doing so, reveals a strong presence from buyers. We know this to be true because Bitcoin is now in a new phase in its evolution and growth cycle. It is truly a young technology that only now is being fully accepted with plenty of room available for growth. We have three instances where Bitcoin moved above 110K. The selling that happened afterward is not filled with pressure, instead you can see some standard candles as prices continue to consolidate. On the other hand, notice the last session from 21-June (21-24 June —3D candles). You can see a long lower shadow, a bullish hammer; there was definitely strong buying pressure as soon as Bitcoin reached below support. Altcoins market action Some altcoins continue to produce multi-months high. The highest price since January 2025. These altcoins recovered, started to rise and continue rising in clear, standard bull market fashion. Literally straight up. Some altcoins did even better and grew as high as December or November 2021. The highest price in almost four years. This is very important when we go deep into the chart and price action because it is the main revealing signal. The altcoins simply do not go on a major bull market before a market crash. If the altcoins are recovering or rallying, it is because the market is set to "buy." The Cryptocurrency market is in bullish mode. If the market was set to drop long-term then we would be experiencing a rise that is running out of momentum. This rise would later peak and a surprise sudden flash crash would signal the start of a major downturn. This is not what we see. Inversely, if prices are going to rise strongly we start by seeing some form of retrace or correction, this event losing momentum and volume and then finally a strong bullish jump as soon as support is confirmed. This bullish jump would signal the start of a major market move. This is what we are experiencing today. Bitcoin & Altcoins Bitcoin and the altcoins move together. Bitcoin leads the altcoins, the altcoins reveal what Bitcoin will do when the action is sideways. We can always say that Bitcoin is leading the altcoins of course because Bitcoin has been growing non-stop since November 2022. The major trend being bullish the altcoins are set to follow at some point. Now, when Bitcoin goes sideways, by definition, anything goes. The market can break-down just as it can break-up. This is where the altcoins become useful. If smaller Cryptocurrency projects are moving ahead, strongly and even producing 3-4 multi-year highs, it reveals what Bitcoin will do once its consolidation period ends. Buying Bitcoin In short, Bitcoin is going up. The next major market move is a rise and we have proof coming from the signals, the altcoins and the charts. Never again in its history Bitcoin will trade below 80K. 90K soon to be gone... Once the action starts, you will look like a genius for buying below $110,000. What to choose: Bitcoin or altcoins? Now, my personal suggestion is different. If you are not a whale, the way to go are the altcoins. Why? Because there is more room for these to grow. We can say that the altcoins are riskier, but risk is almost non-existent with spot. We can simply focus on the pairs that have been filtered by the major exchanges. Bitcoin Breakout Incoming? Flash PMI & CME Gap in FocusBitcoin ( BINANCE:BTCUSDT ) started to fall ( about -4%) after the news that the US was involved in the Middle East tension , but it has risen again with good momentum . Do you think Bitcoin will go below the previous bottom($98,200) again on the 1-hour time frame? Bitcoin is trading in the Resistance zonezone($102,130-$100,700) and near the Resistance lines . In terms of Elliott Wave theory , it appears that a Double Three Correction(WXY) has been completed near the Potential Reversal Zone(PRZ) . Also, the first 5 microwaves of the Impulsive have now been completed . --------------------------------- Bitcoin traders should monitor today’s Flash Manufacturing (expected 51.1) and Services PMI (expected 52.9) . Everyone Talks Charts — But the Order Book Knows FirstHello, Traders! 🤓 Everyone watches the chart. But not everyone watches the market itself. If you’ve ever wondered why the price suddenly jumps or stalls just below resistance, you’re likely looking at the surface, not the structure underneath. And that’s precisely what DOM in trading helps to reveal. What Is DOM Trading? Let’s start with the basics. DOM stands for Depth of Market, which shows real-time limit buy and sell orders at different price levels. Some traders call this the trading DOM. Unlike a candlestick, which tells you what already happened, the DOM trading view shows what participants intend to do. This makes it useful for those trying to understand short-term moves, liquidity pressure, or even the psychology behind a specific level. So if you’re asking, “What is DOM in trading?” or “How does DOM work in crypto?” – it’s essentially a live x-ray of the market’s limit order book. Order Book Trading in Crypto The order book, the live list of buy and sell orders, acts like a constantly updating roadmap of trader intentions. In order book trading, it’s not just the numbers that matter but how they shift. For example, traders often notice thick sell walls near round numbers (e.g., $70,000 BTC), sudden order pulls, which can fake out breakout traders, and absorption, where big buy/sell orders are filled silently, without noticeable price change… When analyzed properly, this behavior gives context to price action, something traditional indicators can’t always offer. How to Use Crypto Trendlines… and Then Watch DOM Drawing trendlines in crypto is common. Everyone has their version of a breakout setup. But what happens when the price reaches that line? That’s where DOM trading shines. It doesn’t predict whether the line will hold or break, but it shows whether liquidity is building or backing away right at the critical moment. The combination of crypto trendlines and DOM behavior often exposes subtle market dynamics, a large bid appearing just as price touches support, for instance, or offers vanishing before a breakout. That’s not about strategy. It’s about market structure awareness, watching both the levels and the surrounding behavior. Chart vs DOM: Two Sides of the Same Story The crypto psychology chart tells you what’s happened — highs, lows, closes. The DOM, on the other hand, shows live trader psychology. And that’s where the psychology of crypto trading gets interesting. When everyone’s waiting for BTC to hit $100K, for example, you might already see: Buyers are stacking bids at $95K, hoping for a retrace. Sellers layering offers at $99.9K, defending the level. And the sudden orders near $100K, a possible trap. In this way, round numbers in trading aren’t just emotional, they’re structurally significant. Especially in crypto, where the market cap is still heavily influenced by sentiment. Final Thought Some traders find it useful to spend a few sessions just observing the DOM. Psychological numbers in trading, like $10K, $20K, or even the famous 100K BTC milestone, are often surrounded by unusual order book behavior. So, the next time price seems to move “out of nowhere,” ask yourself: Was it really out of nowhere… or did the DOM in trading already whisper it? You don’t need to trade based on it. But knowing how to draw trendlines in crypto and then pairing that with DOM behavior can offer a sharper view of where the market might hesitate, reverse, or run.
