The Retail Banking segment includes personal loan, auto loan, home loan, credit card, point of sales (POS) and e-Payment solutions. The Financial Inclusion segment consists of financial products and services relating to transactions, payments, savings, credit, and insurance. The SME Banking segment comprises of interest and non-interest income related to SME loans and allied business and related amounts for specific and general provisions for loan losses.
