The Water-As-A-Service segment includes traditional sales; as well as design and build, maintain, and operate contracts. The company was founded by Christophe Broequevielle, Ann-Sophie Casier, and Jean-Pierre Denutte on September 5, 1997 and is headquartered in Tielt, Belgium.
