BTCUSDT FTX has filed a lawsuit against Binance and its former CEO Zhao Changpeng, seeking to recover approximately $1.8 billion in funds. FTX alleges that the funds were fraudulently transferred by SBF in July 2021, Binance and CZ obtained the funds by selling part of their shares in FTX and the US division (approximately 20% and 18.4%)

The settlement will allow FTX’s liquidation estate to reclaim 175M in crypto held on Bybit accounts. FTX will also sell to Mirana Ventures (Bybit's investment arm) over 105M BIT tokens valued at ~$ 53 M
FTTUSDT Ryan Salame, former co-CEO of FTX Digital Markets, will begin serving a seven-and-a-half-year sentence at a U.S. federal correctional facility on October 11.
