The Real Estate segment sells land, building, and apartment units under strata-title. The Rental of Office Space segment is involved in leasing Setiabudi 2, Setiabudi Atrium, and Menara Cakrawala. The Rental of Retail Center segment provides rental services in Jakarta and Bali properties including Setiabudi One, Plaza Menteng, Cikini Retail, and Bali Collection. The company was founded by Jan Darmadi on July 2, 1975 and is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia.
