It targets companies operating on a broad range of sectors and industries. It provides subordinated debt, warrants and preferred equity financing for early, later & growth stage capital requirements with an investment size of USD 2 - 4 million and transaction size of USD 15 - 20 million. It acts as a co-investor and also acquires minority interest. The fund takes a seat on the board of directors.
