Instead of using the 4H, I decided to use the Daily instead to gauge the swing highs and lows for supply and demand zones.

then I went down to the 15 minutes time frame to look for a market shift.

After the market shift, I look for a break of structure with price making higher high, higher low, for longs. vice versa for short.

and then I place the buy limit.

Replaying the bars is easy because theres not lag when price is not moving, we just click next, but when its real time and the price is not moving, theres the omg my brain is moving but my body is, kind of whipsaw. mental kind that damages the brain cells with stress.
