Hepsor AS provides real estate development services. It operates through the following segments. Residential Development, Commercial Development and Holding Companies. The Residential Development segment comprises development and sales of apartments, entire residential areas and private houses. The Commercial Development segment comprises development and lease or sale of offices, retail premises, business premises, logistics centers and warehouses, and hotels. The Holding Companies segment includes the activities of the Group’s holding companies. The company was founded by Andres Parloja, Kristjan Mitt and Henri Laks on April 29, 2011 and is headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia.
