The Corporate Services segment is involved in corporate administration and treasury related functions at the group level. The Others segment refers to other non-core activities comprising vessel owning and freighting services. The company was founded by Beng Kuang Chua, Beng Yong Chua, Beng Hock Chua, and Meng Hua Chua in 1990 and is headquartered in Singapore.
