USDCHF heard from a reliable source that some hedge funds have been hoarding on long positions in CHF, hence this pair is struggling to go up. We had similar situation playing out with hedge funds who tried to short the Yen and got it over 161 which then was met with resistance by BOJ. I don’t think though SNB is keen to interfere unless the valuation on CHF is too high. For now these hedge funds are the winners!!
