This clearly indicates that big players are exiting their positions, as SPY has been overvalued for a long time. The 50 EMA is declining rapidly on the 1-hour time frame and is expected to find support at the 200 EMA. If it fails to hold at 200 EMA, we could see a significant sell-off, with the price potentially reaching 575 by the end of the month (moderate confidence). In the past two months, some 
NVDA executives, including Ajay K. Puri, have sold their NVDA holdings. This suggests that the company may not be performing well, which could negatively impact SPY.
