TradingView is a web-based trading platform...it is heavily reliant internet quality.

Please open a support ticket directly with TradingView support on the bottom right of your TradingView chart. They will pull your data logs and find out what exactly is happening.

Please try to login directly to CQG Desktop <works on all browsers - Mac and PC> to see if still happens.

So starting out with amp i found the application process quite straightforward. Been a non US citizen though I did find the banking a bit of a pain. That said the wire process to found the account was dealt with swiftly. From founds sent to been received and trading credentials been acquired it took just a couple of days. I don't find that too bad when all said and done. It seems to work excellently with trading view which is why I chose amp so overall I'm quite pleased. Would be 5 star but for the mess about having to go into my bank branch to send founds. Marked down for that I'm afraid.
