8 Day Extended Runs Inspired by Linda Bradford Raschke.
Strategy suited to the US T-note (ZN1!) with a t-test of 4.06.
The 5 day SMA is vital to Linda’s trend identification system. She’s done extensive testing and research using this indicator and has built models based on it. Linda used the 5 day SMA to determine that large outlier price moves happen in the direction of the trend in each market about 9-10 times per year. The powerful part about that number is that when the trend does persist, it can go on a long run, making this a trade with a high expected value.
Note: the current exit criteria is sell 10 days after entry, users should experiment with different stop placements.

NEXT RSIThis is an amped-up version of the original Relative Strength Index (RSI) oscillator, giving the slope a smoother, sometimes leading edge. Our not-so-secret sauce within the algo is price/volume weighing, completely user configurable. NEXT RSI is intended to be used just like the vanilla RSI within the context of technical analysis: identifying overvalued (above upper limit) and undervalued (below lower limit) price action, as well as establishing a bias baseline (bullish if over 50; bearish if under 50). Higher NEXT RSI bottoms compared to lower price bottoms signify bullish divergence; lower NEXT RSI tops compared to higher price tops signify bearish divergence.
Below is a screenshot comparing NEXT RSI with default settings to vanilla RSI on AAPL M1 chart.
Input parameters:
Length: controls the averaging length of the RSI line.
P/V Weighing: a price/volume smoothing filter, with higher values yielding a smoother RSI line. Values over 10 can introduce lag but also help identify trend. We thought 5 was a pretty good momentum gauge (strengthening, weakening).
P/V Source: this variable is where you can get creative and blend volume with either direct price action (close, H+L/2, etc.) or other indicators such as moving averages, stochastic oscillator, and even the vanilla RSI.
Momentum Strategy IdeaThis strategy idea uses two, fast and slow, momentum indicators for trade setups and exits. This is a fast reacting strategy which is very useful in trending instruments on 1D and 4H timeframes. This is the implementation used in QuantCT app.
You can set operation mode to be Long/Short or long-only.
You also can set a fixed stop-loss or ignore it so that the strategy act solely based on entry and exit signals.
Trade Idea
When both momentum indicators are positive, asset is considered rising ( bullish ) and the plotted indicator becomes green.
When both momentum indicators are negative, asset is considered falling ( bearish ) and the plotted indicator becomes red.
Otherwise, asset is considered ranging and the plotted indicator becomes orange.
Entry/Exit rules
Enter LONG if both momentum indicators are greater than zero (i.e. when the plotted indicator becomes green).
Enter SHORT if both momentum indicators are lower than zero (i.e. when the plotted indicator becomes red).
EXIT market if none of the above (i.e. when the plotted indicator becomes orange).
CAUTION
It's just a bare trading idea - a profitable one. However, you can enhance this idea and turn it into a full trading strategy with enhanced risk/money management and optimizing it, and you ABSOLUTELY should do this!
DON'T insist on using Long/Short mode on all instruments! This strategy performs much better in Long-Only mode on many (NOT All) trending instruments (Like BTC , ETH, etc.).
Momentum Trading Strategy (Weekly Chart)The strategy will open position when there is momentum in the stock
The strategy will ride up your stop loss based on the super trend.
The strategy will close your operation when the market price crossed the stop loss.
The strategy will close operation when the line based on the volatility will crossed
RP trend readerThis tool is a momentum reader
You can use this tools at any timeframe
When the momentum is meet the condition then it will show the signal
The signal are "Buy" and "Sell"
Buy means that you Long or exit your Short at the price
Sell means that you Short or exit your Long at the price
There's pivot line at there
Pivot line is showing how strong the momentum right now
If the price above or way above the pivot line then the uptrend is strong (very bullish)
If the price below or way below the pivot line then the downtrend is strong (very bearish)
Don't blindly Buy or Sell just because the signal is coming out
Combine it with the market structure, look at the big picture instead lower TF and the edge is yours
The best entry is when the price bounce close to the pivot point
Be carefull with the sideway or choppy market. You can see that the price is going up and down at the pivot line and the signals come out quite often
Follow your trading plan, be patience (don't FOMO) and be discipline with your plan... Cheers...

Delta-RSI Oscillator StrategyDelta-RSI Oscillator Strategy:
This strategy illustrates the use of the recently published Delta-RSI Oscillator as a stand-alone indicator.
Delta-RSI represents a smoothed time derivative of the RSI, plotted as a histogram and serving as a momentum indicator.
There are three optional conditions to generate trading signals (set separately for Buy, Sell and Exit signals):
Zero-crossing : bullish when D-RSI crosses zero from negative to positive values (bearish otherwise)
Signal Line Crossing : bullish when D-RSI crosses from below to above the signal line (bearish otherwise)
Direction Change : bullish when D-RSI was negative and starts ascending (bearish otherwise)
Since D-RSI oscillator is based on polynomial fitting of the RSI curve, there is also an option to filter trade signal by means of the root mean-square error of the fit (normalized by the sample average).
My original D-RSI Oscillator script can be found here:
Oscilator candles - momentum strategyThis is momentum based strategy based on indicators published earlier:
Also trying to use delayed supertrend based on steps as mentioned in the published indicator:
Added option to filter trade entries based on higher timeframe pivots. But, it is not so effective and may need further optimization.
Multi Time Frame Trend, Volume and Momentum ProfileWHAT DOES THIS INDICATOR DO?
I created this indicator to address some of the significant inconveniences when analyzing a security, such as continually switching between different time frames to determine the trend and potential pullbacks, adding volume or volume-derived indicators, and finally, something that would help me determine the strength of the trend (maybe two additional indicators here). So I decided to code this all-in-one indicator that you can add multiple times to your chart depending on the settings you want to use, or just optimize the parameters for the particular asset and then switch between the options.
As the name suggests, it consists of three main sections - Trend , Volume , and Momentum . You have complete control over the parameters, including the Time Frames you want to use for each one (they can be different). So, let me explain each section in more detail.
HOW DOES THE INDICATOR WORK?
1. Trend Settings
In order to determine the trend, you need to set up two Moving Averages. You have a wide choice here - SMA, EMA, WMA, RMA, HMA, DEMA, TEMA, VWMA, and ALMA. Since the indicator does not plot the moving averages on the chart, I strongly suggest using this indicator along with the free "Trend Indicator for Directional Trading(main)" , which you can find in the Public Library. Once you set up the Trend Resolution, the Types of MAs, and their lengths, the indicator will generate a histogram of their convergences and divergences.
The change in colors should help you more easily determine the trend:
a) Bright Green - bull trend and price trending up (a good place to open long)
b) Dark Green - bull trend and price trending down (stay flat or open a long position with great caution)
c) Bright Red - bear trend and price trending down (a good place to open short)
d) Dark Red - bear trend and price trending up (stay flat or open a short position with great caution)
e) In addition, you can change the color palette to reflect the bull/bear trend momentum by scrolling to the bottom and selecting "Color Based on Bull/Bear Momentum", but I will discuss this in more detail below.
This part of the indicator is useful for opening a trade in the direction of the trend or for spotting a potential divergence. Both cases are illustrated below.
2. Volume Settings
The calculations for this part of the indicator are partially taken from "Multi Time Frame Effective Volume Profile" . I will quickly outline the specifics here, but if you want a more thorough understanding of how it works, please check the description of the MTF Effective Volume Profile indicator .
You have three elements with the following default settings - Resolution (5-min), Lookback (100), and Average (1). This means that the indicator will analyze the last one hundred 5-min bars and will plot a sum of only those that are at least 1 times bigger than the average. Those that are smaller than the average will be left out from the calculation. What you get is a trend line showing you accumulation/distribution based on modified volume parameters.
This part of the indicator is useful for spotting exhaustions and increased buying/selling volume that is opposite to the price trend. As you will see in the picture below, in frame 1 the selling pressure is decreasing, while buying volume is increasing. At one point supply dries out and the bulls take control, thus reverting the price. In frame 2, however, you can see that the higher high is not met with nearly as much buying volume as in the previous peak, showing that the bulls are exhausted and maybe a trend change will follow or at the very least that the bull trend will take a break.
3. Momentum Settings
The final part is an RSI smoothed through a Moving Average with the addition of some minor optimizations. Thus, the parameters you have to configure here aside from the resolution are the RSI length, the moving average that will be used, and its length. Out of the three, this is the most lagging component, but it's also the most accurate one. I must mention that due to the modified nature of this RSI, overbought and oversold levels carry less weight to the trading signals. Rather, pay attention to the change of colors, as they do so when the RSI changes direction based on preset parameters. The picture below shows such instances.
4. Additional Settings
This section consists of 4 elements:
a) Length of Trend - filters out the noise and gives a signal only when the trend becomes more established
b) ADX Threshold - filters out trading ranges and indecision zones when it's not recommended to open a trade
c) Select Analysis - choose what part of the indicator you want to see from a drop-down menu
d) Color Based on Bull/Bear Momentum - a global setting that will override the preset coloring of each indicator and will replace it with colors based on bull/bear strength and momentum - green for bulls, red for bears, and gray for non-trading zones.
The last part of this indicator is a combination of all of the above and is called a Points-Based System . It generates 3 rows of dots that go light green when bull criteria are met, orange when bear criteria are met, or gray when it's neither of the two. When you get a column of 3 green dots you get a buy signal. Similarly, a column of 3 orange dots gives you a sell signal. Grey zones are non-tradeable. It goes without saying that the frequency and quality of the signals you get will almost entirely depend on your settings, so feel free to experiment and adjust the indicator to catch the best moves for the given security.
In terms of indicator adjustments, I have left almost every part open to configuration. That is 15 parameters and 35 adjustable colors.
HOW MUCH DOES THE INDICATOR COST ?
As much as I would like to offer it for free (as some of my other ones), a great deal of work, trading logic, and testing have gone into creating this indicator. More than a few hundred iterations and a few dozen branches were required to reach the end result which is a precise combination of usefulness, simplicity, and practicality. Furthermore, this indicator will continue to be updated and user-requested features that improve its performance will be added.
Disclaimer: The purpose of all indicators is to indicate potential setups, which may lead to profitable results. No indicator is perfect and certainly, no indicator has a 100% success rate. They are subject to flaws, wrongful interpretation, bugs, etc. This indicator makes no exception. It must be used with a sound money management plan that puts the main emphasis on protecting your capital. Please, do not rely solely on any single indicator to make trading decisions instead of you. Indicators are storytellers, not fortune tellers. They help you see the bigger picture, not the future.

MA Strength StrategyThis is based on Aligned Moving Average Index published earlier:
But, instead of scoring trend based on how many moving averages are aligned, we are considering upside score. Higher scores are assigned for slower moving averages and lower scores for faster moving averages to give more stress to long term trend.
Buy/Sell conditions are based on moving average crossover on the upside score sum of Loopback days.
This is a very rough idea which seems to have been working ok on long only trades. Can be further improved.
Momentum Explosion 2CCI RSI"Momentum Explosion Template for Mobile Metatrader", that is a trading system trend momentum based on two Commodity Channel Index (CCI) , RSI and two Moving Averages. The trading signals are generated by the crossing of the moving averages confirmed by the agreement of the two CCIs and the RSI.
Two Moving averages Filtered by double CCI and RSI

RSI 26 < 48.
Price Weighted MomentumThis indicator is a momentum indicator that is standardized by price. A.K.A (momentum / price)
The purpose of this indicator is to compare momentum between different assets regardless of price.
EX: Bitcoin will always have more momentum than XLE because it's price is $19000 (as of writing this) compared to XLE's price of $40 (as of writing this). But if you divide the momentum by price, you get a standardized value to better compare the 2.
This indicator can be used to compare everything on TradingView.
HOW TO USE/INTERPRET
Positive values denote an uptrend
Negative values denote a downtrend
A value of 0 (or very very close to 0) denotes sideways price action
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Price Weighted Momentum (Unsmoothed by default)
Optional smoothing with either a simple or exponential moving average
Side note: I only added functionality of smoothing for EMA and SMA for my personal uses, but if you want a version of this with another way of smoothing (e.g. HMA, SSMA, etc.) that you would like, the cost of me adding that for you is a follow on Twitter. Just DM me there :)
Squeeze Momentum with DMI confirmation strategyThe script combines Squeeze Momentum and Directional Movement Index (DMI) confirmation. It provides long and short entry and closure daily trade signals, suitable for Spot, Marginal and Futures exchanges
The strategy components are customizable:
Change risk management settings (take profit, stop loss, trailing)
Change signals filters
Enable TrueRange or disable
Change lengths and periods of components
Advantages:
1. Deal start condition includes the following filters and requirements:
Momentum value is adjusted using a relative proportion of volume at each timeframe scale to exclude a chance of opening position at a low impulse stage
Squeeze momentum trigger condition is automatically checked before a position is opened
+DI , -DI and ADX values are taken into account to confirm the trend direction
2. Exit positions using unique risk management settings for each asset
3. Strategy allows to connect broker or automatic trading system using web hook alerts

Ichimoku Clouds with Trend IdentificationThis is another version of the Ichimoku Clouds indicator where I have added logic to evaluate the current chart as either Bullish, Bearish, or Mixed, depending on 4 factors:
1. Is the price above/below the cloud?
2. Is the conversion line above/below the base line?
3. Is the lagging span above/below the cloud?
4. Is the rightmost cloud green/red?
If all conditions point the same direction, then the chart will be labelled "Bullish" or "Bearish". Otherwise it will be labelled "Mixed".
Ichimoku Cloud LONG and SHORT indicatorsThis simple script uses 4 rules from Ichimoku Cloud indicator to marks position entry points.
The idea is that by entering a long position just when these 4 criteria are met, you can capture a 2-3% plus move within the next few days:
1. The conversion line is above the base line
2. The price is above the clouds
3. The lagging span is above the clouds
4. The rightmost cloud is green
The same 4 criteria but inverted will indicate a short entry.
In order to avoid 'stale' entries which can lead to chasing, we want the price and conversion line crossovers to be recent, within the past few days. Ideally we want to enter before close on the day the entry signal is given so that we can capture any potential gap up (or down if short). Often the price will make a nice move the next day or day after. If any of the criteria become invalidated, or if after 4-5 days there hasn't been significant movement, then it was a false alarm.
This script will show the basic Ichimoku Cloud indicators, plus labels for bearish and bullish price and conversion line crossovers as well as LONG and SHOT indicators to show when the entry criteria have been met.

STRATEGY DEFAULT SETTINGS EXPLANATION
max_bars_back=5000 : This is a random number of bars so that the strategy test lasts for one or two years
calc_on_order_fills=false : To wait for the 4h closing is too much. Try to check if it's worth entering a position after closing one. I finally decided not to recheck if it's worth entering after an order is closed. So it is false.
calc_on_every_tick=false
pyramiding=0 : We only want one entry allowed in the same direction. And we don't want the order to scale by error.
initial_capital=1000 : These are 1000 USDT. By using 1% maximum loss per trade and 7% as a default stop loss by using 1000 USDT at 12000 USDT per BTC price you would entry with around 142 USDT which are converted into: 0.010 BTC . The maximum number of decimal for contracts on this BTCUSDT market is 3 decimals. E.g. the minimum might be: 0.001 BTC . So, this minimal 1000 amount ensures us not to entry with less than 0.001 entries which might have happened when using 100 USDT as an initial capital.
slippage=1 : Binance BTCUSDT mintick is: 0.01. Binance slippage: 0.1 % (Let's assume). TV has an integer slippage. It does not have a percentage based slippage. If we assume a 1000 initial capital, the recommended equity is 142 which at 11996 USDT per BTC price means: 0.011 BTC. The 0.1% slippage of: 0.011 BTC would be: 0.000011 . This is way smaller than the mintick. So our slippage is going to be 1. E.g. 1 (slippage) * 0.01 (mintick)
commission_type=strategy.commission.percent and commission_value=0.1 : According to: binance . com / en / fee / schedule in VIP 0 level both maker and taker fees are: 0.1 %.
BACKGROUND
Jaime Merino is a well known Youtuber focused on crypto trading
His channel TradingLatino
features monday to friday videos where he explains his strategy.
JAIME MERINO STANCE ON BOTS
Jaime Merino stance on bots (taken from memory out of a 2020 June video from him):
'~
You know. They can program you a bot and it might work.
But, there are some special situations that the bot would not be able to handle.
And, I, as a human, I would handle it. And the bot wouldn't do it.
~'
My long term target with this strategy script is add as many
special situations as I can to the script
so that it can match Jaime Merino behaviour even in non normal circumstances.
My alternate target is learn Pine script
and enjoy programming with it.
WARNING
This script might be bigger than other TradingView scripts.
However, please, do not be confused because the current status is beta.
This script has not been tested with real money.

HOW IT WORKS
It basically uses ADX slope and LazyBear's Squeeze Momentum Indicator
to make its buy and sell decisions.
Fast paced EMA being bigger than slow paced EMA
(on higher timeframe) advices going long.
Fast paced EMA being smaller than slow paced EMA
(on higher timeframe) advices going short.
It finally add many substrats that TradingLatino uses.

HOW TO USE THIS STRATEGY
BOT MODE: This is the default setting.
PROPER VOLUME PROFILE VIEWING: Click on this strategy settings. Properties tab. Make sure Recalculate 'each time the order was run' is turned off.
NEWBIE USER: (Check PROPER VOLUME PROFILE VIEWING above!) You might want to turn on the 'Print recent profile {False}' setting. Alternatively you can use my alternate realtime study: 'Resistances and supports based on simplified Volume Profile' but, be aware, it might consume one indicator.
ADVANCED USER 1: Turn on the 'Print price is in range {False}' setting and help us to debug this subindicator. Also help us to figure out how to include this value in the strategy.
ADVANCED USER 2: Turn on the all the (SQZDIVER) settings and help us to figure out how to include this value in the strategy.
ADVANCED USER 3: (Check PROPER VOLUME PROFILE VIEWING above!) Turn on the 'Print recent profile {False}' setting and report any problem with it.
JAIME MERINO: Just use the indicator as it comes by default. It should only show BUY signals, SELL signals and their associated closing signals. From time to time you might want to check 'ADVANCED USER 2' instructions to check that there's actually a divergence. Check also 'ADVANCED USER 1' instructions for your amusement.
EXTRA ADVICE
It's advised that you use this strategy in addition to these two other indicators:
* Squeeze Momentum Indicator
* ADX
so that your chart matches as close as possible to TradingLatino chart.

FEEDBACK
Please check the strategy source code for more detailed information
where, among others, I explain all of the substrats
and if they are implemented or not.
Q1. Did I understand wrong any of the Jaime substrats (which I have implemented)?
Q2. The strategy yields quite profit when we should long (EMA10 from 1d timeframe is higher than EMA55 from 1d timeframe.
Why the strategy yields much less profit when we should short (EMA10 from 1d timeframe is lower than EMA55 from 1d timeframe)?
Any idea if you need to do something else rather than just reverse what Jaime does when longing?
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
FAQ1. Why are you giving this strategy for free?
TradingLatino and his fellow enthusiasts taught me this strategy. Now I'm giving back to them.
FAQ2. Seriously! Why are you giving this strategy for free?
I'm confident his strategy might be improved a lot. By keeping it to myself I would avoid other people contributions to improve it.
Now that everyone can contribute this is a win-win.
FAQ3. How can I connect this strategy to my Exchange account?
It seems that you can attach alerts to strategies.
You might want to combine it with a paying account which enable Webhook URLs to work.
I don't know how all of this works right now so I cannot give you advice on it.
You will have to do your own research on this subject. But, be careful. Automating trades, if not done properly,
might end on you automating losses.
FAQ4. I have just found that this strategy by default gives more than 3.97% of 'maximum series of losses'. That's unacceptable according to my risk management policy.
You might want to reduce default stop loss setting from 7% to something like 5% till you are ok with the 'maximum series of losses'.
FAQ5. Where can I learn more about your work on this strategy?
Check the source code. You might find unused strategies. Either because there's not a substantial increases on earnings. Or maybe because they have not been implemented yet.
FAQ6. How much leverage is applied in this strategy?
No leverage.
FAQ7. Any difference with original Jaime Merino strategy?
Most of the times Jaime defines an stop loss at the price entry. That's not the case here. The default stop loss is 7% (but, don't be confused it only means losing 1% of your investment thanks to risk management). There's also a trailing take profit that triggers at 2% profit with a 1% trailing.
FAQ8. Why this strategy return is so small?
The strategy should be improved a lot. And, well, backtesting in this platform is not guaranteed to return theoric results comparable to real-life returns. That's why I'm personally forward testing this strategy to verify it.

CYBER ENSEMBLE OSCILLATORS {PREMIUM}The CYBER ENSEMBLE OSCILLATORS is a companion to the CYBER ENSEMBLE buy/sell indiator.
It is based on the algorithms powering the PRISM OSCILLATORS SET, where instead of the pRSI, the main-oscillator ( main-osc ) is instead powered by an oscillator modulated by the sophisticated scoring engine of the CYBER ENSEMBLE buy/sell indicator.
In Summary
The Snap oscillator (yellow/pink) pulls the Jerk oscillator (lime), which in turns pulls the Acceleration oscillator (red), which then pulls the momentum oscillator (blue/orange fill). These constitutes the MAJeStic-Oscillators (or the MAJs) which are modulated by the main-osc .
These reveals the underlying movement of the main-osc (green/red). The Stochs of the main-osc (Stoch( main-osc )) is hidden by default, but can be made visible in the settings; and the background color fill/shading (green/red) suggests overbought/oversold states of the Stoch( main-osc ).
See PRISM OSCILLATORS SET for more detailed descriptions of the various derived oscillators modulated by the main-osc .

MarketSniffer AMarketSniffer A is a custom made indicator made by 2 friends that combined 2 strategies to make 1 indicator. It can detect good moments to buy and sell based on our strategy.
Marketsniffer A can be used in any market since its for a big part based on momentum. Although we recommend using it in the crypto market since it was tested and mainly made for crypto.
How to use it: MarketSniffer A can be used in many ways, own strategies can be made.
Example strategy: Lower timeframes (anything below the 1d) if the price is trading above the yellow 200 EMA, take the buy signals. If its trading below the 200 ema and you see a sell signal then sell / short
Example strategy: Higher timeframes (anything above the 1d) Any timeframe above the 1d, the 200 ema rule doesn't exist. Any buy signals should be good for taking a spot position. The sell signals therfore are NOT short signals but sell signals. Its just points to take profit from the buy signal.
Its recommended to use the small timeframe signals (anything below 1d) for leverage trading. Any signals above 1day timeframe should be spot trading.
This indicator should be used in combination with MarketSniffer B

MarketSniffer BMarketSniffer B is a custom made indicator made by 2 friends that combined 2 strategies to make 1 indicator. It can detect good moments to buy and sell based on our strategy.
The indicator gives the same signals als marketsniffer A but has a diffrent way of showing it by using a histogram to make the momentum more clear when a buy / sell signal will be printed.
Marketsniffer B can be used in any market since its for a big part based on momentum. Although we recommend using it in the crypto market since it was tested and mainly made for crypto.
How to use it: MarketSniffer B can be used in many ways, own strategies can be made.
Example strategy: Lower timeframes (anything below the 1d) if the price is trading above the yellow 200 EMA, take the buy signals. If its trading below the 200 ema and you see a sell signal then sell / short

Example strategy: Divergences and trendlines can be drawn on the waves as strategy. This indicator also had a RSI with EMA that can be used for this.
Its recommended to use the small timeframe signals (anything below 1d) for leverage trading. Any signals above 1day timeframe should be spot trading.

RSI(EMA) - Reducing Noise This script is a modified version of the Relative Strength Indicator ( RSI ). While using RSI to trade the markets, the signals generated are very choppy.
Approach 1. One way to reduce this noise is to use a higher period for the RSI calculation. (say 20 instead of 14 period). In this approach, the valid signal comes quite late.
Approach 2. My unique solution is to use a Exponential Moving Average as the input for the RSI calculation. Usually RSI calculations are based on close value of the candles. If we use an appropriate EMA value, then the signal efficiency will increase.
Using the approach 2, strategies similar to regular RSI can be utilized i.e. RSI breakout, RSI divergence, RSI Hidden divergence.
RSI Colors explained
GREEN = BULLISH momentum when RSI >60
RED = BEARISH momentum when RSI <40
BLACK = NEUTRAL market conditions when RSI is between 40 and 60
Breakout Strategy
LONGS - RSI color is GREEN + Price breaks a Resistance
SHORTS - RSI color is RED + Price breaks a Support
Recommended default settings: EMA =7 period , RSI =14 period
ADDITIONAL TIP: Works wonderfully with Pivot Points (standard)
I recommended to use on minimum 5 MINUTE timeframe for intraday trades . But you can use different timeframes as well.

Momentum Oscillator [Dynamic & Flow] (Expo)Momentum Oscillator -Dynamic & Flow (Expo) is a fast-moving, sensitive oscillator that makes use of momentum in various ways. The indicator has two additional layers (Buy & Sell moves) and (Extremes) which makes it reacts quickly to price changes.
The indicator displays overbought and oversold areas as well as extreme areas and how aggressive buyers and sellers are. It does also displays potential reversal points or potential pullbacks.
The following momentum modes are displayed:
1. Where momentum begins
2. Where momentum is strong
3. Where momentum begins to stall
Where momentum begins to stall is displayed as a red and green color on the momentum line .
Where momentum begins (light green and light red color) and where it's strong (dark green and dark red color) is displayed as upper and lower lines. The darker these lines are the stronger is the momentum.
Potential reversal or pullback is displayed as a blue color on the signal line.
♢ The indicator has inbuilt suggested buy & sell- and stop-loss signals. These signals have flexible settings, so a fast, slow, and sensitive mode can be enabled.
DIVERGENCES
All types of momentum oscillators produce divergences and so does Momentum Oscillator Dynamic & Flow (Expo) . Divergences occur when the oscillator deviates from the trending price action. Bullish divergence is then when the trending price makes a lower low but the oscillator makes a higher low. Bearish divergence is then when the trending price makes a higher high but the oscillator makes a lower high.
HOW TO USE
1. Use the indicator to identify overbought/oversold areas, as well as extreme modes.
2. Use the indicator to display momentum in various ways.
3. Use the indicator to confirm the existence, or a continuation, of a trend.
4. Use the indicator to identify potential reversal points or potential pullbacks.
