Trading Success Through Journaling: Reflect, Learn & GrowHello traders, today we will talk about how journaling can be a really helpful tool for you in your trading journey. Journaling is a simple yet powerful tool that can help you gain insight into your mental and emotional state, identify patterns and triggers, and make more informed decisions. In this post, we'll explore how you can use journaling to improve your trading performance.
1. Reflect on your emotions: After each trade, take a moment to journal about your emotions during and after the trade. This can help you identify patterns in your emotional responses and provide insight into how certain emotions may affect your trading decisions.
2. Identify triggers: By journaling about specific events that preceded a trade, you can identify the triggers that lead to your emotional responses. This can help you take steps to manage your emotions before they affect your trading decisions.
3. Evaluate your decision-making: After each trade, take a moment to journal about the decision-making process you used. This can help you identify any biases or patterns in your decision-making that may be affecting your trading results.
4. Set goals and track progress: Use journaling to set goals for your trading and track your progress over time. This can help you stay motivated and focused on your long-term goals.
5. Increase self-awareness: Journaling can help you become more self-aware of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This can help you identify any negative thought patterns and work to change them, which can lead to improved trading performance.
To make the most of journaling, you should be honest with yourself and write down what you truly feel and think. Journaling is a powerful tool for reflection, learning and making adjustments for the future.
It's important to note that journaling is not a standalone strategy, but rather it's a tool that can be used in conjunction with other analysis and indicators to inform trading decisions. Also, you don't need any specific equipment, just a pen and a notebook, and you can journal at any time.
In conclusion, journaling can be a powerful tool for traders looking to improve their performance and manage stress. By gaining insight into their mental and emotional state, traders can make more informed decisions and improve their overall trading results. Give it a try and see how it can help you in your trading journey.
I would love to hear about your own experiences with journaling in trading. Please feel free to share your thoughts, feedback, and tips in the comments section below. Your input and feedback is valuable to me and to the trading community!
Ethereum (Cryptocurrency)
You don't know how to manage your portfolioI had a talk with my mentor earlier today, and we talked about how we each calculate the signal for our allocation towards ETH compared to BTC.
It got me thinking that a lot of people actually aren't aware of why they allocate capital to different assets in the same class!
Case in an upwards trend
When the trend is up and you want to maximize your returns in crypto, with the least amount of risk... What do you do?
Well, you know that alts are higher beta (they move more than BTC), but you don't know when BTC will alts...
In the case for my conservative portfolio I only hold ETH and BTC, but how do I allocate between them?
What I first and foremost do is look at the dominance chart for BTC:
Here we see the dominance of BTC going down a lot, this is while the market is up (between 18th of jan 2021 and 19th of may 2021)
The TPI informed us about the entire trend for the dominance chart. What you do in this scenario is now determine how much ETH you hold relative to BTC in this period (in your conservative portfolio)
Open the ETH/BTC chart (I use binance personally)
In this period we see ETH outperforming BTC a lot!
When the TPI is bullish for the ETH/BTC pair, it means that ETH is likely to outperform BTC, how did that prediction go?
As BTC dominance falls, and we see strength in ETH compared to BTC, we have a higher allocation towards ETH.
But Omar, how do I quantize the amount of ETH compared to BTC?
No one asked, but I will answer still:
The TPI gives values between -1 and 1, I normalize these values between 0-1 for the ETH/BTC pair, where 0 is 0% allocation and 1 is 100% allocation towards ETH:
Equation for normalization:
minValue = 0
maxValue = 1
(TPI - minValue) / (maxValue - minValue) => (TPI - 0) / (1- 0)
Since the TPI had been bearish with a TPI value at -1 for ETH/BTC since the 13th of march, 100% of my conservative portfolio is in BTC!
Case in a downwards trend
The method is the same, but reversed!
When we look to maximize our returns on a short we want to short the asset that is underperforming!
ETH was underperforming BTC by a large portion during the LUNA drama:
This means most of the conservative portfolio was short ETH, rather than BTC
Quite simple, but very effective!
In conclusion
I want you to ask your self, why am I allocating x% of my capital towards this asset (long or short), and is my allocation optimal?
If you can't answer these two questions, then you probably need to look at your system
Numbers don't lie, this method works!
The TPI is truly the holy grail for a swing trader who wants to use statistics and data to maximize their returns and minimize their risk!
Kind regards
Omar
I've linked an idea below from a dear friend of mine (much bigger than on this platform) who has marked out crutial levels for the altcoin market based on what the FED will do, give it a watch!
🟢Support🟢 & 🔴Resistance🔴 in TradingView Land !!!👨🏫Hello, guys🤪; I'm Pejman, and today we will change the regular TradingView to TradingView Disneyland🎡 . I want to tell the story of Snow White and the trader dwarfs.
Once upon a time🌞, in the kingdom👑 of Stocktopia, there was a young princess👰♂️ named Snow White Charts. She was the heir to the realm of Stocktopia. Still, unlike her father, the King of Stocktopia, a successful businessman🧔, Princess needed help understanding the stock market. She often lost money💸.
One day, while walking in the forest🌿🌲, Princess Snow White Charts stumbled upon an old house called Dwarf traders. She became curious and decided to visit this house🏠.
Dwarves lived in this house🏠 whose job was to help the traders. They directed the price of different stocks by creating support and resistance lines or zones, and each dwarf was responsible for one of them.
The Princess did not know anything about these lines. So she decided to stay to learn about these powerful lines.
One of these dwarves, named Doc, looked older and wiser than the other dwarves. The Princess enlisted the help of Doc to learn how these lines worked.
Doc was proficient in various methods of technical analysis and had an exceptional talent for simplifying complex issues😝. So he tried to teach these lines to the Princess👰♂️ in the simplest and best way possible.
If you also want to master technical analysis like Doc before learning support and resistance lines/zones, read the following post to learn what technical analysis is. 🤓👇
Doc showed the following picture to the Princess.
Can you tell what the role of support lines is before reading Doc's explanation❓👇
As you can see in the picture, the candles are placed in a downward trend, and they go down🔴 like playful children🧒🧒 playing on the slide.
Doc explained that support lines are like a bouncy castle🕍 for price. When the candles reach these Lines, they'll push them up just like a trampoline; the price will grow.
Remember that they prevent the price from moving too far down or falling.😅 The candles are safe on the support lines, so Sleepy sleeps peacefully.
Doc believes that when a stock's price hits support lines, it can indicate a potential buying opportunity. Still, when it breaks down🔴 the support line, it can show a possible selling opportunity; but I will discuss this in the following.
Now you may ask, what are resistance lines❓ The exact same question came up for Princess Snow White Charts😁.
First, look at the chart below.👇
Resistance lines are like the roof of a bouncy castle. In an uptrend🟢, when the candles are happy and constantly jumping higher and higher, the resistance lines prevent them from going further.
The resistance line is guarded by Goupy, who pushes the candles down🔴 like a bully, whenever the candles hit the resistance line.
Let's suppose all these price lines & dwarfs want to lead candles in a particular direction.
Now that you are familiar with support and resistance lines, you might have the same question as Princess👰♂️had again. How to recognize and find these lines❓
According to Doc, there are several ways to find these lines:
Past Price Data:
Sir John says: "Price data is like a roadmap, showing you where the market has been and where it might be heading."
Looking at past price data is like checking the tracks of a criminal. It may be seen, but it is simply not correct. You can know how he behaved in the past because he may repeat the same behavior in the future.
So, to better understand the price, you must also know its past. Even Philip Fisher also believes that: "Price data is the lens through which we can see the market's true nature."
Previous Lines:
By finding previous support and resistance lines, it's as if you've found a criminal's 🔫 recorded files.
Price data is the story of the market, and those who ignore it are doomed to repeat their mistakes. You can't predict the future without understanding the past, and the market's past performance is the best indicator of its future performance.
Wow, speak of the devil🤐, I forgot that indicators also have important points to say too.
Indicators:
Maybe price data is like a roadmap🚨 or past lines like a criminal recorded file. But indicators are like GPS.
Indicators are the GPS of the financial markets, and they guide us to our destination and help us avoid getting lost.
Indicators are the financial markets' fingerprints, revealing the underlying patterns and trends.
Doc and I found some indicators helpful in identifying supply(resistance) and demand(support) zones, such as:
Moving Average/Parabolic SAR/Bollinger Bands/Ichimoku Kinko Hyo/Fibonacci/Pivot point
There are many ways to recognize these lines and even indicators that help you find them like an assistant, but you should still try to know and learn them yourself.
For example, Doc says there are additional support and resistance lines. Like the slides in the game, they can be straight or sloping, going up🟢 or down🔴. I'm kidding, but they really have these types 🙂.
In the previous pictures, I showed you only static lines. Now, look at the pictures below because I will show you all the types of these lines with examples.
For example, if the support and resistance lines are like a road🛣 on the ground, they are called static support and resistance lines .
Now, what if this road turns into steep ropes❓ Well, it is known that they are called dynamic support and resistance lines .
For example, if you want to go mountain🗻 climbing, it is as if you are climbing with dynamic support. In general, in an upward🟢 trend, dynamic support lines like a ramp🚧 prevent the price from falling.
Now that we are talking about climbing let's introduce another game🎲. The zipline🤐😄.
The price decreases from the dynamic resistance lines like a zipline in downward🔴 trends. 😄
I must say that theoretically, the price will go down after hitting the dynamic resistance lines and these lines prevent price growth🟢.
Dynamic resistance or support is also called a trend line. Trendlines are helpful in many parts of technical analysis, such as classical patterns.
Just take a look at the below post. You will find that trend lines help us effectively identify these patterns or trade with them. That's how I am! COOL!😎😎.👇
Don't worry and don't rush because, as said: Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet.
Soon I will teach all these patterns in future posts, but we have to go step by step together.😎😎😎
But I must add that the price is also very playful😛. The price may cross these lines, be above the resistance or below the support, and escape from them.
"If price can make a credible breakout, this could be a good place to trade and make some sweet dollars," Doc whispered to Princess Snow White Charts.
What is a valid breakout❗️❓
This was the question that arose in the Princess's 👰 mind, and I think it is your question as well.
Imagine that the resistance line is like a prison that confines the candles. A diligent & playful candle needs the support of buyers to escape from this prison. If the buyers support it, it can get out of this prison.
After escaping the breakout candle, if another candle, called the confirmation, escapes from this prison and jumps above the breakout candle, the way will be clear for other prisoners, and they can run. So a valid breakout will happen.
A valid breakout is created with a strong candle called a breakout candle(such as the Marubozu candle); after that, a candle as a confirmation candle will confirm this breakout.
Don't worry about selling below the Support line or buying above the resistance line. If a valid breakout has occurred, the target stock will decrease/rise further, and the trend will not stop or end anytime soon.
Let's walk through an example of a valid breakout with Doc.
As you can see, the price broke this line with a strong candle and made a confirmation candle. As a result, we consider this a valid breakout.
If you have noticed, finally, the price went back to this line to greet the previous line. This movement is called Pullback .
In general, to say that a breakout is valid, there are several conditions:
Preferably, the breakout candle and the confirmation candle are the same color.
The point where the breakout candle closes must be above resistance or below support.
The breakout must have happened with the body of a candle, not with the candle's shadow.
Even the closing point of the confirmation candle should be above the resistance breakout candle or below the support breakout candle.
But I should mention that the trading volume increases when a valid breakout occurs.
Now that you know a valid breakout, we can also check an invalid breakout, so dive down🔴 to the chart below.
As you can see, the price tries to be playful😜😜 and break the support line. But there are no buyers to support the price for this movement, so this breakout will be temporary and short-lived.
The price will soon return below the Support line. The invalid breakouts are sometimes known as bull traps or bear traps which I will explain in future posts.
I advise you to only sometimes look for a straight line for support or resistance.
I use support and resistance lines in my analysis to draw trend lines. But when I want to determine the support and resistance of a currency, I draw them as support and resistance zones.
Using zones makes you no longer involved in each line's small & fake breaks, and you won't make mistakes with each break.
Now that you have learned almost everything about these lines😎😎, it's time to start fishing and apply these tips to real trades.
I have considered all the necessary items for trading with these lines in the chart below. You might understand the reason for trading by looking at the picture before reading the description.
( The First Method )
The picture shows the price below this resistance zone, and they tried to escape several times.
Still, finally, when the trading volume and the number of buyers increased, it could cross its resistance zone with a strong candle(breakout candle), and then the confirmation candle formed.
Now, as traders, we should place our Entry Point(EP) slightly higher than the confirmation candle. And also, be careful;😱 maybe this break is invalid, or it returns below its resistance. So we place our Stop Loss(SL) a little lower than the breakout candle.
Now, look at this chart again. But I am going to teach you another method for trading.
( The Second Method )
You should only sometimes enter into a position at one point.
For example, when the price returns to its resistance to greet(Pullback), it's a good time to divide your money into two parts & re-enter the position.
With this, your average Entry Point will be lower, and the Risk/Reward(RR) ratio will increase.
( I know that the Risk/Reward(RR) is something that some of you are unfamiliar with, so don't worry cause I'm going to talk about it in future posts.)
There is another way to trade with these lines.
(The Third Method)
You've got another way to trade with two Entry Points. You can enter the position when the pullback accrues; the other entry point is a little higher than the highest price before the pullback.
In this method, you will be more confident about the position, but at the same time, the Risk/Reward (RR) is decreased compared to the previously mentioned methods. The Stop Loss is the same as the others.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Prince Snow White Charts learned all these tricks along with Doc and the other Dwarves.
Excited to try this new knowledge, he immediately returned to Stocktopia😊and applied what he had learned to his trading. To his surprise, his trades became more profitable.
The king was pleased with his daughter's improvement, & these lessons were taught to all the traders in the kingdom👑 of Stocktopia.
From that day, Stocktopia was known as the kingdom with the most successful traders, thanks to the wisdom of Doc and Princess Snow White Charts.😊😊
Stocktopia's traders lived happily ever after, thanks to the protection and guidance provided by the Seven Dwarfs of Support.😇😇
I hope you enjoyed this story and use support and resistance lines/zones in your trading. But never forget that before using any new method, try it several times to master that method.😎😎😎.
Now let's leave the world of stories and return to the real world of traders. Take advantage of the following posts.
In the end, I wish you health and success.
POLYGON: The darkest horse on the crypto hippodromePolygon is Ethereum's first successful L2 solution. Aside from the main product, Polygon blockchain, the project also offers solutions based on the ZK and SNARK algorithms.
One of the main narratives for 2023 is blockchain and ZK-based solutions; we can assume that when zkSync, StarkNet, and other similar projects emerge, Polygon will grow alongside them, because market participants will find that all of these technologies are already implemented and used in Polygon.
Current metrics
Price: $1.09
ATH price: $2.8
M.cap: $9.5b
ATH M.cap: $20.5b
FDMC: $10.8b
Price change in a year: -57%
Maximum price change in a year: -87%
Polygon partnerships deserve special attention:
Meta
Nike
Htc (smartphones production)
Reddit
Robinhood
JPMorgan
DraftKings
Adobe
Liverpool
Starbucks
Adidas
Prada
Stripe
Nothing
NFL
Why is Polygon one the most prospective projects of the future?
While Ethereum solves scalability and gas price reduction issues
Solana is trying to address user churn, liquidity, and network sustainability issues
Near is trying to establish itself in the market, develop marketing strategies, and attract developers
Aptos is emerging as an ecosystem
Sui, Sei, Arbitrum, ZK and STARK are getting ready to go to market
Polygon is fully committed to becoming a mass-adoption solution and collaborating with as many real-world companies as possible. The next bull cycle will be based on mass adoption and engagement, which requires companies with a user base and products that are used by the masses.
Polygon is aggressive, and the average user is much more likely to hear about Polygon than Aptos/Solana/Near. Polygon develops solutions that, like Ethereum, do not require high transaction costs. Polygon has a well-established ecosystem and its own user base. Polygon has a chance to become the most widely used blockchain project.

HOW TO BUY THE DIP- What is considered the bottom for a coin?
- How to identify the bottom?
- What technical analysis tools to use?
- What are the fundamental prerequisites for the bottom?
What is the bottom for a crypto asset?
The bottom is the lowest price level of a crypto asset, after which the price of this asset is expected to rise.
The bottom is not always an absolute measure for the entire history of the existence of an asset, but can be calculated for a certain period: a year, a quarter or a month.
How to identify the bottom
Each trader has his own set of tools to determine when to buy an asset.
Here are some of the most clearest signs to each of us:
There is a protracted flat with the upper border breakdowns
The movement occurs in a strong support zone and is accompanied by high volumes
The order book contains big bid checks
Good news on the market or the project
The price is lower than the sale price (ICO, IEO, IDO etc.)
The bottom we search for is not a new all-time bottom
Protracted flat with the upper border breakout
If you observe that for a long time: 2 weeks, 1 month, - the price is at the same level, while occasionally trying to “break out” up, that is, the resistance line is broken, then this is in 90% of cases - the impulse to the rapid growth of prices.
However, if the breakout is more often than just the support level, then get ready to test a new bottom.
Strong support zone and high side volumes
Determine that there is a strong support zone at this level, that is, it met more than 3 times on the chart for the period under study and is supported by good horizontal volumes (Volume indicator).
Display the VPVR (Volume Profile Visible Range) indicator on the same period on the screen and evaluate whether the maximum vertical volumes for the selected period are at this level.
Big average checks
If you observe volumes above average with a “small” candle body, then there are purchases at the same price for a large amount.
This may indicate "big checks" or high market density.
To confirm the existence of “big checks”, you can refer to the order book and make sure that there are real bid orders for large amounts.
Fundamental prerequisites
As an extra springboard from the bottom, news resources can:
Issue positive analytics from experts on this asset
Record the activity of major players - funds
Report new technologies that have been released or are about to be released by the project
Share the conditions for large investments in the project by large funds, etc.
Price analysis for IDO, ICO and Private Sale
If the project token or coin appeared on the market following one of the popular types of crowdfunding: ICO, IEO or IDO, the most popular one, then you need to compare the Public Sale price with the current price.
If the current price is below the Public Sale price of the IDO, then you can put this in another checkbox on your checklist as a sign of a potential bottom.
If the IDO price was lower, then this is not a bottom, there are still a large number of investors on the market who bought the coin at a lower price, which means they can sell it cheaper.
Our bottom is not a new all-time bottom
As we noted earlier, a support line is formed at the level of the potential bottom.
If the price has never dropped so low in the history of the asset, then we cannot build a support zone, which means that the price can go even lower and find many new bottoms.
Coin market theme!!! About coin ecosystemHello?
Traders, welcome.
If you "Follow", you can always get new information quickly.
Please also click "Boost".
Have a nice day.
-------------------------------------
As the coin market goes through rising and falling markets, many themes are being created.
These themes are expanding the interconnected coin ecosystem under the name of ecosystem.
Therefore, I think that the coin market is highly likely to have a circulation pump of theme coins after the rising market next year.
Numerous coins (tokens) are being created and also disappearing.
In order to survive in this situation, they are trying to increase their viability by creating and expanding a coin ecosystem.
Apart from this trend, there are coins (tokens) that do not belong to any coin ecosystem.
When trading coins (tokens) that are continuing to survive independently, I think you should invest in a short-term perspective or trade in a trading method that increases the number of coins (tokens) corresponding to profit while recovering the principal amount as much as possible.
Otherwise, you have to be careful because when and how you can plunge and never recover again.
Existing investment companies, institutional investors, and whales are gradually eating into the coin market due to funds entering the coin market through USDC and newly launched coin investment products in the stock market.
These funds will make more individual investors invest in the investment market, but it is expected that the time when individual investors earn large profits by trading on their own will gradually decrease.
There will come a time when individual investors will have less and less information available, and they will have to follow in their footsteps and trade with information provided by investment companies, institutional investors, and whales.
I believe this movement is unstoppable.
Therefore, from now on, it is necessary to find the coins (tokens) that are expanding the coin ecosystem (ecosystem) that is being formed and tie them together to figure out what kind of circulation pumping will occur.
As before, it is expected that the roadmap of one coin (token) or such technical stories from the foundation will no longer be able to move the hearts of investors.
Among these coin ecosystems, the ones we are interested in are as follows.
Ethereum Ecosystem
BNB chain Ecosystem
Cardano Ecosystem
Solana Ecosystem
Polkadot Ecosystem
TRON Ecosystem
Avalanche Ecosystem
Polygon Ecosystem
Near Protocol Ecosystem
Cosmos Ecosystem
Fantom Ecosystem
Optimism Ecosystem
As above, it is an 11 coin ecosystem.
Representative coins of the coin ecosystem are as follows.
BTC
ETH
BNB
ADA
SOL
DOT
TRX
AVAX
MATIC
NEAR
ATOM
FTM
OP
In addition, it is a coin that has the potential to create coins and coin ecosystems with large user communities.
XRP
ALGO
KLAY
Among the coins belonging to most of the current coin ecosystems, LINK is a representative coin.
However, due to the coin's own issue, the coins that need to increase the number of coins (tokens) corresponding to profits while recovering the purchase principal as much as possible are as follows.
XRP
SOL
TRX
KLAY
OP
The above coins (tokens) have self-restraint issues, so I don't think it's good to trade them with the traditional trading method.
Of these, the OP token has just been created in the coin ecosystem, so I think a trading method is needed to increase the number of coins (tokens) corresponding to the profit while recovering the purchase principal as much as possible, at least until the next wave.
In conclusion, the coin market will start to be flooded with information comparable to the stock market after the bull market next year.
In this situation, in order to earn steady profits in the coin market, you need to start paying attention to a newly changing theme, the coin ecosystem.

ETH : Fees, ZK Protocol and.. SPACE ?? Things YOU Should KnowHi Traders, Investors and Speculators of the Chart📈📉
There are some exiting developments in the crypto space other than the bullish price action on charts. If you've been missing out on some of it, this one's for you!
Thanks to their distributed structure, blockchains tend to be slow. If a single transaction has to be verified across thousands of Ethereum’s nodes, this also makes the network expensive to use. Layer 2 systems are a potential answer to this issue, with rollups as the most popular scaling method. Zero-knowledge (ZK) rollups use the minimum data necessary to verify transactions by unburdening Ethereum from excess network workload. This makes Ethereum both faster and cheaper. Okay now hold up - wat is ZK?
In cryptography, a ZK or zero-proof protocol means one party (the prover) can prove to another party (the verifier) that a given statement is true without giving any additional statement. To give a practical example; consider how you would have to prove your citizenship. If you say “I am Bob from Canada”, you would need to prove that with a legal document such as a passport, an identity document etc. The problem with this approach up until now, is privacy. This information is often shared to third parties without your consent. Identity theft also thrives in this environment.
So how could you prove that what you’re saying is true, without giving away any information or legal documents? Let’s take a look at this example provided by Wikipedia:
Imagine your friend is red-green color-blind (while you are not) and you have two balls: one red and one green, but otherwise identical. To your friend they seem completely identical and they are skeptical that they are actually distinguishable. You want to prove to them they are in fact differently-colored, but nothing else; in particular, you do not want to reveal which one is the red and which is the green ball.
Here is the proof system. You give the two balls to your friend and they put them behind their back. Next, they take one of the balls and bring it out from behind their back and display it. They then place it behind their back again and then choose to reveal just one of the two balls, picking one of the two at random with equal probability. They will ask you, "Did I switch the ball?" This whole procedure is then repeated as often as necessary.
By looking at their colors, you can, of course, say with certainty whether or not they switched them. On the other hand, if they were the same color and hence indistinguishable, there is no way you could guess correctly with probability higher than 50%. Since the probability that you would have randomly succeeded at identifying each switch/non-switch is 50%, the probability of having randomly succeeded at all switch/non-switches approaches zero ("soundness"). If you and your friend repeat this "proof" multiple times (e.g. 20 times), your friend should become convinced ("completeness") that the balls are indeed differently colored.
The above proof is zero-knowledge because your friend never learns which ball is green and which is red; indeed, they gain no knowledge about how to distinguish the balls.
Now that you have an understanding of ZK, let's look at how this affects blockchain and cryptocurrencies, Ethereum specifically:
Gas fees have been a huge problem for ETH. But there are a number of ways to improve performance . Rollups are by far the most popular scaling technology. So wait wait wait.... What Are Rollups or ZK-Rollups? Rollups are smart contracts that reduces computing and storage requirements for validating a transaction block. As noted previously, they do so by rolling up hundreds of transactions into a single one. Zero-knowledge proof is one of the methods to accomplish that.
When a network is overburdened with information, the fees increase. That’s because public, decentralized blockchains have limited block space to contain transactions. Accordingly, when the network traffic is higher, the demand for block space increases, leading to validators charging more for each transaction to be validated.
Rollups are divided into two types: Optimistic and Zero-Knowledge (ZK). Both types do one job — rollups reduce the Layer 1 network’s (Ethereum) workload by scooping up, or rolling, hundreds of incoming transactions as a single transaction. This bundled single transaction is then verified and added back to Ethereum, as another data block on its public ledger. Because of this continuous offloading of transactions from Ethereum, the Layer 1 network remains uncongested. And when Ethereum is not congested, it is much cheaper to use because its ETH gas fees fall down drastically. After all, every computer network requires some bandwidth/computational resources to be expended. In the case of decentralized blockchain networks, that cost falls onto users themselves. This is why Layer 2 networks are so important. Rollups, in particular, have a dual impact — granting fast and affordable user experience to the Ethereum ecosystem.
So now that you have a better understanding of Blockchain verification and gas fees, we can take it to SPACE ✨🚀
I live in a country where electricity blackouts (or loadshedding as they call it) is part of everyday life. We usually experience 3 sets of loadshedding a day, each ranging from 2 - 4 hours at a time. One of many disruptive results of this, is that the signal drops during loadsheding. This is because the signal towers have back up batteries for when the electricity cuts but - since there has been loadshedding for months, the batteries do not get to charge fully. You might be wondering why I'm telling you this (and I'll give you a clue, it's not for sympathy). One word - SIGNAL. You would be surprised to know how many things are affected by the ready availability of electricity, and signal. When the signal drops, it not only drops for your phone but also for transactions. Think card machines, financial services, banking etc.
Now again, Mr Elon Musk has been working on Starlink, something you may have heard of to address this issue. Starlink is a satellite internet constellation operated by SpaceX, providing satellite Internet access coverage to 45 countries. It aims for global mobile phone service after 2023. SpaceX started launching Starlink satellites in 2019. The purpose of using satellites for signal would basically make signal towers null and void, with a direct link form the satellite to the receiving point such as the phone and eventually card machine etc. This is where the exciting news now becomes relevant. ZK - tested on satellites.
Recently, in a collaboration between crypto-satellite developer Cryptosat and global hackathon organizer DoraHacks, the first successful experiment to launch a ZK (Zero-Knowledge) proof system in space recently occurred onboard the International Space Station (ISS). According to DoraHacks and Cryptosat, the experiment performed onboard the ISS showcased the capability of a satellite-based computation environment to successfully perform part of the trusted setup process required to use a ZK proof protocol. According to Cryptosat, which is attempting to launch a constellation of cubesats into orbit and build out its satellite fleet, the success of the ZK proof experiment is a crucial component in demonstrating the efficacy of space-bound computational environments. The procedure entailed sending pre-uploaded open source programs to the ISS through a secure link in order to generate a string file for the ZK proof-based voting program. Cryptosat has also already launched two mug-sized satellites, Crypto1 and Crypto2, the latter of which is currently being tested.
💭Final Thoughts...
We're not there yet. The two legs that go with connection is signal.. and device. The one without the other is useless. Many people around the globe still do not have access to devices and even if they did, what happens if you lose your device? Just how vulnerable would you be if your device is stolen? Those are questions for another day perhaps....

11 Industries Blockchain will Rule the WorldBlockchain is the one technology that allows people to create unique, specific products, programmes and services online.
Instead of downloading a programme, app or making a transaction on a regulated centralized system like Android or IOS, you’ll use a decentralized system to do everything you currently do with the internet.
These ideas on how blockchain will disrupt industries will blow your mind.
#1:
Voting
Blockchain and online voting may one day be the main platform where everyone can take part.
Think about it. No more standing in a line, casting votes to a local authority in the hopes that your vote will be counted.
Having a decentralised system for voting can result in:
• No voter manipulation and fraud
• One vote per identity
• No external influence
• Full transparency
• Results within seconds
• No foul play
Once a vote is added to the ledger, it cannot be tampered with, removed or duplicated.
And so having a blockchain-based-online voting platform, where everything is updated, in real time and with full transparency – could soon be a reality for elections…
#2:
Stock market trading & investing
Blockchain could one day take over trading institutions and the financial industry as we know it.
There will be no more use for brokers and market makers, as everything will be electronic.
Investors and traders will choose the blockchain path to:
Take control of their own portfolio 24/7
Extra security and privacy which cannot be accessed by anyone
Facilitate trades without any costs, commissions or fees
Result in much faster and more efficient transactions
Improve liquidity and volume with financial markets
Reduce fraud and manipulation
Trade 24/7 markets including Forex, stocks, indices and cryptos
Speed up deposits and withdraws within seconds
Rely less on third parties
#3:
Social media and internet
Imagine a Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube, Instagram or even Twitter that nobody owns.
With blockchain and dApps (Decentralised Apps), they would be completely immune to attempts to manipulate, regulate, spy or even shut them down.
#4:
Buying assets, goods and services
Anything of value that can be tracked, traded and recorded on a blockchain network, will allow transactions in one form or another.
In fact, we already have individuals and institutions that are buying, selling and exchanging crypto-currencies (i.e. Bitcoin) for tangible products such as vehicles, property, investments and other assets.
An asset can also be intangible such as patents, royalties, intellectual property, copy rights and branding.
Also, there are blockchain advantages including:
• Lower costs
• Less risk and danger
• Guaranteed transactions
• Accurate evaluations
#5:
Currencies
As you’ve seen, crypto-currencies and forms of exchange – can be created and exchanged simply from the digital ether.
The decentralised crypto-currencies will continue to provide a form of exchange for products and services as an alternative to general currencies.
#6:
Music, books and movies
Since the days of Napster, Kazaa and Limewire, entertainment companies have tried everything to prevent piracy from wiping out their revenue.
Just a few years later, and a single copy of a song, movie or programme could be distributed around the world within seconds.
Blockchain and smart contracts technology could create a decentralised and accurate database of rights of ownership. It could also put an end to piracy and other forms of un-authorised copyrighting.
The blockchain transaction will be made in a secure and transparent manner in a way the royalties will be distributed to the owner in a fair and an instant payment process.
#7:
Banking
Blockchain will disrupt the entire banking system.
By having a decentralised banking network, we won’t have to worry about a bank crisis ever again.
The reasons for a blockchain banking system include:
Lower transfer fees
Less costs and taxes
Instant processing time
High security
No third party
Quick overseas transfers
Never go offline or off the system
Just so you know, all of your banking transactions take place in a digital online wallet.
A wallet is the place (programme) where you can store and make transactions. When you have access to your wallet you get two keys.
A private and a public key.
The private key is a special digital idea or a code of numbers and letters, given to each user that links to their account.
This is the code to access and take control of your account where you can transfer funds out of it.
A private key is like having a credit card with your credit card number, expiration date and security code.
With this information, you can spend as much funds as you like. That’s why you should never share this private key and never lose your private key.
The public key is the code (numbers and letters) that is fully available to the public.
A simple analogy of a public key is having someone’s bank account number. Anyone with this number can technically send money into your account.
NOTE: The public key is known to the public. If you lose your public key, you can find it again with your private key.
Just remember to never lose your private key.
So with blockchain banking you can imagine how being able to deposit, withdraw, exchange and transfer money, will make things extremely efficient and secure – Don’t you think?
#8:
Games
The next streamed and online game, may be through a decentralised operation – also known as Crypto-gaming.
This will allow gamers, programmers and other entities to improve and build on the game to enhance the experience for all users.
By having an source place for gaming there’ll be opportunities to:
• Build on continuously and expand the game
• Create social network of like-minded gamers
• Have more stable, secure and transparent operation
• Not have to worry about crashes, manipulation and shutdowns
• Offer financial benefits for gamers i.e. customising and selling digital collectibles, art or created virtual worlds.
#9:
Crowd funding
Crowd funding has become the new alternative to traditional venture capital, bank funding and self funding.
The issues in the past have been where the banks require an existing business with good revenue, venture capitalists need proof that the business is a success and the costs are exorbitant.
Soon there’ll be an era where blockchain will take over all three forms of funding.
Blockchain will facilitate crowd funding when it comes to funding for projects, businesses, charities and other causes.
The beauty about blockchain crowdfunding is that there’ll be:
• Enforced funding terms
• Instant money returns if the criteria is not met
• Lower transaction costs
• No middleman
• Decentralised platform
• Automatic actions according to the criteria stated
• Better funding for ICOs (Initial Coin Offerings)
And once the terms or funding is met and the transaction is a success – the money will be automatically distributed to the cause without any human error.
#10:
Health care
Blockchain technology will one day be able to keep personal medical file information private and safer that with a central authority.
You’ll finally be able to access your medical information with a click of a button and distribute it only to those you trust.
With blockchain, healthcare will benefit in ways that you’ll be able to access:
• Medical information which can’t be tempered, hacked or removed
• Pharmaceutical companies will have a record of past, present and future prescription medicines to collect and deliver to
• A list of personal health records of diagnoses, illnesses and private health information
• Revolutionise insurance claims and reduce fraud and adjust quotes for members according to their current health situation
#11:
Supply chain management
Blockchain technology will stream line the supply chain for businesses and drop shipping.
Every step from requesting a transaction to having a product or service delivered to the customer can be traced, recorded and monitored.
The most important element for supply chain management with blockchain is the transparency and validation that occurs between the transactions performed and shared between the suppliers.
This includes transactions made through:
• Importing & exporting
• Shipment
• Trade
• Drop shipping
• Commercial industries
• Farming & supplying food
Blockchain can replace the traditional supply methods for centralised authorities.
The future lies with Blockchain technology
I hope I have shared just a little bit of light and stretched your mind ever so slightly on what the future may bring.
There is an evolution of the people wanting to take control, improve transparency, cut out the middleman and streamline the process in ways of greater efficiency.
One day – this will be our new normal.

How Blockchain Works in 6 StepsThe future of apps, programmes, trading, investing and businesses all lie in one underlying technology – Blockchain.
You’ve probably heard about it when it comes to crypto-currencies.
But it extends so far beyond them.
In this section, you’ll think of it in a whole new level where you’ll be able to:
• Understand blockchain in a nutshell
• Understand the power and possibilities it will bring to the world
• See the trading and investment opportunities to come
Let’s get to it…
What blockchain is in a nutshell…
In short, a blockchain is one continuous digital ledger of records and transactions which are organised, verified, and positioned next to each other in ‘blocks’ linking a permanent and transparent chain of other ‘blocks’.
Here’s a short illustration on how a Blockchain works…
The important concept with blockchain is that, the chain “ledger” of transactions are neither stored in a central location nor is managed or run by a single entity.
We say the blockchain is decentralised, secure and the transactions are added permanently in a transparent and resilient manner using cryptography (special codes).
The parties between the transaction will also remain anonymous while enjoying the security, transparency, speed and cost efficiency.
This will have major advantages over centralised systems in a way that:
• The transactions will be easy to track
• There’ll be less manipulation and corruption
• There’s more transparency
• There’ll be less costs and less middlemen.
NOTE: To alter one block, you’ll need to change every block throughout the network (which is virtually impossible).
And as the historical blocks information stays the same – you’ll be able to forever track the old transactions with the given public information.
I’m talking about these main sets of information each ‘block’ has.
1. The data of the new block (code or digital fingerprint)
2. The hash of the previous block (code – letters & numbers)
3. A time stamp
4. Transaction data
Once you understand the process and how secure a blockchain is, you’ll see how it will not only disrupt industries but it will also change the global and financial economy as we know it.

ETH 2.0 : What Upgrades Are Next After the Merge?Hello guys
thanks god for being live to create another post for you dears
Today i will explaine what happen after Ethereum merge upgrade?
and im going to summarize about each step.
Ethereum Merged successfully on Sept15 but more upgrades are coming to the network.
Shanghai update , The Surge, the Verge, the Purge, and Splurge are up next.
Lets see what we have:
Shanghai update
Over the next six months the next important update to the Ethereum network is going to be the Shangai upgrade.
This particular update will allow validators (the ETH owners who help secure the blockchain) to withdraw a portion of their staked ether and rewards.
There are 14.7 million tokens locked on Ethereum’s Beacon Chain, in return for a 4.1% annual yield, according to the Ethereum Foundation website.
Altogether, those tokens are currently worth $19.12 billion.
Stakers are responsible for confirming and verifying transactions on the blockchain. Each validator is required to stake a minimum of 32 ETH.
Shanghai will also seek to lower transaction costs on layer 2 (L2), a separate blockchain such as Optimism or Arbitrum,
that helps Ethereum to scale, by reducing data costs on the main blockchain itself.
The Surge
While the Merge’s number one goal was to reduce Ethereum’s energy usage (which it did by up to 99.5%) the Surge, the next significant upgrade, is expected to bring a new feature called “sharding” in 2023.
“Sharding splits a blockchain’s entire network into smaller partitions, known as ‘shards'”, said crypto analyst Miles Deutscher.
“This will significantly increase the network’s scalability.”
According to the Ethereum Foundation, “sharding” will boost network capacity, cut costs and improve transaction speeds.
It “provides secure distribution of data storage requirements, enabling rollups to be even cheaper, and making nodes easier to operate,” it said.
The Verge
The Verge is an upgrade that is expected to drastically reduce Ethereum`s reliance on nodes as a store of history and data.
It will introduce so-called “verkle trees“, “a powerful upgrade to Merkle proofs that allow for much smaller proof sizes,” Deutscher says.
“This will optimise storage on Ethereum and help reduce node size.
Ultimately, this assists Ethereum in becoming more scalable,” he added.
Verkle trees will allow users to become network validators without having to store huge amounts of data on their computers, analysts say.
Crypto security platform Nethermind said “verkle trees” are Bitcoin-inspired systems that will decrease the size of “witnesses by a factor of over 20,
allowing for stateless clients that safely interact with the network.”
According to Vitalik Buterin, the verge will be “great for decentralization,” he said at the Paris conference.
The Purge
The Purge is expected to significantly reduce the amount of space required to store ETH on a hard drive.
This upgrade will eliminate the use of nodes in storing Ethereum history, freeing up space, a constant headache for developers.
“The purge: trying to actually cut down the amount of space you have to have on your hard drive,
trying to simplify the Ethereum protocol over time and not requiring nodes to store history,” said Buterin.
Crypto education platform District 0x explained that “nodes are responsible for verifying the miners’ work and ensuring that consensus rules are followed.”
The best way to do this is to keep a full copy of the Ethereum ledger, making it easy to verify a miner’s work.
“But the Ethereum blockchain is approaching one terabyte of storage so it’s impractical for a regular person to run a node,” it stated.
The Splurge
The final scheduled upgrade is the Splurge.
This carries what is described as miscellaneous but important extras,
“ensuring the network runs smoothly following the previous four upgrades.”
“The design of Ethereum post-Merge is billed to be handlings loads of data which generally calls for improved security across the board,” Eitan Lavi, the ChainPort cofounder, told Be In Crypto.
“Through the evolution of Merkle and Verkle trees as well as another innovative tech that will be introduced with subsequent upgrades, the protocol will be able to support the anticipated data load.”
So wait for more upgrades and ETH will be awsome after this steps...

HOW BLOCKCHAIN WORKS - EASY POEMBlockchain, oh so grand,
A digital ledger in demand,
Decentralized and secure, like a band
A new way to assure and keep the bond.
Transactions are fair,
And free from despair,
A chain of blocks,
Connecting folks,
All across the land,
Blockchain, oh so grand.
This poem describes blockchain as a
decentralized, secure digital ledger
that is used to manage transactions.
It explains that the technology uses a chain
of blocks to connect people and ensure
that transactions are fair and transparent.
MEGATRENDS Shaping the future (part 2)This is part two of what is changing the world for the future...
Last time we spoke about the first 4 Megatrends.
Electric Vehicles & Autonomous Driving
1. E-shopping & Drop Shipping
2. 3. AI & Machine learning
3. Online businesses
The next four MEGATRENDS are...
Metaverse
NFTS
Blockchain and Cryptos
Web 3.0
Mark Zuckerberg is beyond his years as he sees the future with the Metaverse to come (VR, AR and a combination of both)
IN the near future, many industries will apply the Metaverse to everyday including medical, education, entertainment, socialising, trading, meetings and even e-games and e-sports.
NFTs took off and flew in the first few months as artists, musicians and celebrities took advantage of buying and selling digital products for a purpose... I know NFTs have had a bad sour taste as the prices have crashed and there is less confidence but they'll be back and stronger than ever after the bubble. WHY? Because we have the infrastructure to do so.
Blockchain and Cryptos - Yes I know we are currently in a long winter with traders getting destroyed and investors losing all hope and confidence.
But this is all because of fear, greed, BAD management, over confidence in sh$$t coins and low regulations. Yes we need regulations unfortunately. It will take time, but they will come back and will shape the future.
Not just the coins but the technology and smart contracts to present opportunities for finance, commerce and investments.
Web 3.0 the internet has evolved from not being able to post or add onto the net to being able to do so. And now with Web 3.0 where people will create their own social platforms, banking systems, games, programmes without making the fat cats rich. There'll be less intermediaries where YOU will have the true power too run and profit from.

How many Crypto Currencies are there? You’d probably think there are around 100, 200 maybe 1,000 crypto currencies.
And that’s because the news only covers a handful, but I think you would be surprised at the actual number.
Right now, there are over 12,000 different crypto currency coins out there.
And they are increasing by 1,000 new crypto currencies every month.
The amazing thing is, unlike shares, these coins are very easy to create and regulate - YOURSELF.
You can even hire someone from Fiverr to make you a crypto-currency for less than $20.
I could even get a MATI Trader coin made if I wanted to.
But this isn’t good news in my opinion.
You see, most crypto currencies have very little purpose other than making money for their developers through investors buying and selling the coin.
So which cryptos do I trade?
For me it’s only down to two crypto currencies.
Bitcoin and Ethereum. The Father and the mother of the crypto market.
They are the biggest, most recognized and understood than any other crypto in circulation.
But the crypto winter is not over and the bottoms are not set yet.
There still needs to be a lot of fixing and regeneration of confidence before we see any upside with crypto…
I’m sitting on my hands right now, until we see a change in the trend.

A combination of RSI and MACDThere are many indicators in the world of trading and each has its own minuses and pluses.
To smooth out the disadvantages and benefit from the advantages, you can use several indicators at once.
This trading strategy is based on the use of RSI and MACD .
Everyone knows that when a fast moving average crosses a slow one from top to bottom, it is necessary to sell .
When the fast moving average crosses the slow one from the bottom up, buy .
In this case, in order to open a position, the trader must wait for signals from one indicator first, then from the second, and only after that open a position.
On the ETH chart, we see that on November 6 , the RSI gave a sell signal. This signal alone is not enough, but after seeing it, you should be ready to open a deal soon.
On November 15 , the MACD gave a sell signal and already here the trader should open a short.
Where to set a stop loss and when to close a position is up to you, but there is an easy way.
Stop loss can be set for the previous maximum/minimum , and the position can be closed when the indicators signal the opening of a position in the other direction .
Specifically, in this position, a stop loss could be set for a maximum of 4880.85 on November 9 .
It was possible to close the position when the MACD showed a buy signal, the price had already fallen by 46% by that time.
As you may have noticed, the RSI sometimes shows premature signals , which is why it is important to wait for the MACD signal.
Positions at numbers 2 and 4 show that after the RSI showed a sell signal, the price went even higher , updating the maximum and only after the MACD signal it was worth opening positions.
Be careful, be patient.
Whoever knows how to wait gets everything.
🔥Almost 1 month after the MERGE! WHY ETH DOESN'T PUMP?!Hi friends! Almost a month has passed since the Merge, and Ethereum still has not grown. What is the reason? What are my targets for Ethereum?
✅ As i mention in the last idea, the merge is like the Halving for BTC. A lot of retailers expect the HUGE pump with x10-100 profit. But in the real life it doesn't work.
✅ If a lot of people expect something, it has lower chance to happen. Take a look on BTC after the Halving. Usually BTC start to consolidate for 2-3 month or DUMP for 20-30% after this. The same happen now. It's force weak hodlers to sell their ETH and it's good for the future growth.
✅ My recommendation is to be prepared for strong price movements in the near future.
📊 Preconditions to open a long:
🔥 squeeze to the trendline
🔥 bullish BTC pull the altcoins to the new highs and it`s highly expected. At least local pump to $25-32k
🔥 whales orders to buy on DOM and Footprint scalping tools. They help me to identify the big g uys and open a trade with them
🚩 According to second scenario that shown on the chart, the volumes should grow if the liquidity collection will happen. Pay your attention to this scenario too.
📊 The targets for the long:
1. $1540-1650 - the closest value area
2. $2030 - the key level, vale
🔥 Usually, I recommend you to book at least 50% of profit but according to the fundamental expectations, you can hold this long trade a little bit longer. Especially, if BTC become local bull market.
💻Friends, press the "boost"🚀 button, write comments and share with your friends - it will be the best THANK YOU.
P.S. Personally, I open an entry if the price shows it according to my strategy.

How To Use The MACD IndicatorThe MACD (moving average convergence divergence) is one of my favourite trading tools or indicators, and might actually be the most powerful of them all. I first started using the MACD in 2015 and have been studying it since, it takes a long time to learn and understand all the parts of it. I wonder if I have learned all the hidden secrets by now, or will there be many more to come.
The MACD is a trend analyzing momentum indicator that indicates the difference between two exponential moving averages. It is calculated by subtracting the 26 period ema from the 12 period ema, this plots the calculation of the MACD line. A 9 period EMA of the MACD called the signal line is then plotted alongside the MACD line which results in the formation of the strong MACD. The default settings of the MACD are 12, 26, 9, slightly faster settings can be achieved by changing the numbers. The MACD indicator is also composed of a histogram which plots the difference between the MACD line and the signal line. When the MACD is higher than the signal line the histogram will be above the zero axis, conversely if the MACD is below the signal line the histogram will be below the zero axis.
There are many ways to use the MACD, 1) the first way to use the MACD is with the signal crosses such as when the MACD line crosses above the signal line. 2) a second way you can use the MACD as an indicator is when the MACD line and or signal line crosses above or below the zero axis, if it is crossing above the zero axis the trend is bullish, oppositely if it is crossing below the zero line the trend is said to be bearish. 3) A third way you can utilize the MACD is by using the histogram, when the histogram inflects from positive to negative this is a bearish signal, when the histogram inflects from negative to positive this is a bullish signal. More so for the example of 3) you can see that on the chart example I have provided below that the histogram is below the previous swing low and has shown a potential oversold value compared to the last or others before, you can compare other previous swing lows by zooming the chart out and making a larger comparison of all the values in the month or year for example, this also applies to 4) with the signal and MACD lines. 4) A fourth way to use the MACD as an indicator is by using the values on the Y axis, these can range to be any number increasing to positive infinity, or decreasing to negative infinity. You can furthermore compare previous high values and low values as an indication of the chart being overbought or oversold, you can use these values both with the MACD line/signal line and with the histogram itself. I suggest adding the MACD indicator to your chart and testing these methods.$EUR/USD

📊How to use BTC reversal to open 1:20RR trades❓Hi friends! Today i`ll show you the new NEW Bitcoin pattern which appear 1-2 years ago. You will see how it works and be able to use this pattern in your trading. It seems that you will need this knowledge soon, so read to the end and write comments if it was useful for you.
As we can see on the chart this pattern appear when the clear trend is come to an end and some consolidation starts.
✅ When bulls or bears start to lose their strength and liquidity collection starts to more and more often.
📊 What is the liquidity collection❓
Liquidity collection is a deliberate manipulation of whales (big players) when they push the price above or below local highs/lows in order to trap the traders who open the trades on the breakout of these levels (high or low) with limit pending orders.
Liquidity collection can be either a "spike" or a false breakout of the key level.
✅ The examples of liquidity collection:
🔥 $62 000, 14 Apr 21 - short
🔥 $30 000, 21 Jul 21 - long
🔥 $67 000, 9 Nov 21 - short
🔥 $17 600, ??? 22, long
🚩 A lot of local examples on lower timeframes, but i showed you only most clear of them.
📊 How to open a trade and get a max profit?
Look at the examples on the chart.
1️⃣ You need to identify local highs or lows and wait for a false breakout.
2️⃣ Open the trade after the price closes above the level (if long) or below the level (if short) and place a short stop loss above or below this key level.
3️⃣ Close a trade with 1:20-40RR.
🚩 Sometimes you can get 2-3 sl but in 1 trade you can make 2-3x and cover all loses.
✅ Now the BTC close to it`s local lows and liquidity collection below the $17 500 key level is highly expected. For example because of today FED meeting.
📊 On what timeframes can you use this pattern?
You can use this pattern on larger (1h-1d) and smaller (5-60m) timeframes. For example, you don't need to wait long for local highs or lows to use this liquidity collection.
I use the liquidity collection for scalping on smaller timeframes (5-60 min). Also, use it for the swings on 1-4h. So you can also earn using this pattern on different timeframes.
🚩 DOM and Footprint are the tools that helps me to identify the big BUY and SELL limit orders of the whales. Especially it helps to open a profitable trade on such false breakouts, when i see the huge limit wall above or below the key levels.

How Governance Affects a Cryptocurrency's Coin Supply and PriceAs of last year, the top 3 most well-known coins - Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin - have all become "predictable" in terms of its coin supply. BTC has always had a fixed supply cap, ETH has become aggressively deflationary after its EIP-1559 upgrade started "burning" its supply, and Dogecoin is technically "disinflationary" since the rate at which the protocol issues its coins is set to slow down gradually over time. (People have estimated ~5% going downwards to 1% or less over the course of many years.)
What all 3 coins have in common:
1) the supply curves for these coins are fixed and predictable
2) political leverage correlates directly with the ownership of money itself
3) the economic trajectories of each coin are basically unchangeable without some sort of centralized control
Bitcoin and Dogecoin's protocol decisions are handled by the mining community (they decide which blocks to continue mining, in case there is a disagreement), and now that Ethereum has moved over to proof-of-stake, most of its major decisions will be decided by the core team itself. With proof-of-work, hash power is political leverage, with proof-of-stake, the coins itself does the same. While maxis focus on the differences between the two, at the end of the day, leverage over the system is measured in terms of how much resources you're willing to spend on your particular "vote" - it just depends on which you prefer - hash-power, or money-power.
To be fair, this is how most coins operate right now since it is currently not possible to reliably do a "one person one vote" model (as is typically done in developed democracies) since identifying an anonymous wallet as a "person" is extremely difficult. So as a lesser evil, we use money-invested (aka your "stake") as means of measuring how much influence one should have on an ecosystem as a whole. (In this regard, most cryptocurrencies are similar to corporate shareholder models.)
Until we have a better way of identifying people online as being "real", we're likely to be stuck with this model for a while, but not all coin systems are created equal - some will probably have better long-term viability than others. And a lot of that will be determined by how each coin handles its governance procedures.
Proof-of-work systems right now have no means of reliably doing voting/governance on-chain - as a result, most coins opt to do their voting through third-party systems or platforms. While this can sometimes work, there is no "receipt" of whether the tally was legitimate or not - you just have to trust that the people conducting the polls were doing it in good faith. BTC/DOGE has never had on-chain governance and likely never will, while ETH currently possesses the potential to do, but seems unlikely now that it has also become deflationary.
The "fixed supply" argument is similar to the "buy gold" argument in that there is an inherent distrust of supply curves that are "flexible" - the idea that when there is less of something it's going to be worth more is an intuitive argument that makes sense to a lot of people, at least on the surface. But ideally, you want the price of a coin to go up because there's more demand for it, rather than inflating it artificially by burning your supply - the less there is of something, the more out of reach it becomes for newcomers and people will less money, after all.
So when a project puts "fixed supply" as part of its core value proposition, it's basically prioritizing the short-term appeasement of existing holders at the expense of future growth. We see a similar type of scarcity mindset (the "I got mine" syndrome) in assets like real-estate and gold as well, which are also both about to face corrections of their own. An asset starts to "bubble" when prices increase but quality goes down - then "pops" when the demand for it bottoms out as people realize that it's not worth it.
Ideally, you want the economy to be flexible enough to handle swings in demand/usage, while keeping incentives aligned between all parties (investors, validators, users) at all times. It requires a very careful balancing act that exists somewhere in between fixed and infinite supply - and even better if these decisions are made through consensus mechanism rather than a unilateral decision made behind closed doors. (Tezos' self-amending protocol, combined with its on-chain governance system stands out as unique in this regard.)
--
So what to do if you're an existing HODLer? Well, short to medium term, coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Dogecoin will probably maintain their price as long as people come see it as a viable alternative to traditional assets as we get further into the recession -- that's the big bet that many are taking right now. But it does come with the understanding that it's probably only likely to happen once or twice more before the market saturates completely and hits its peak. Here crypto is at a disadvantage compared to assets like real-estate or tangible goods, since there's nothing forcing people to use BTC/ETH in particular - there are many other options in the market, after all.

How do crypto options contracts affect the market?Hi Friends
Today we will explain the option contracts affect on crypto and other markets.
First lets see whats an option contract?
Options are derivative contracts that entitle the purchaser to buy or sell the connected asset at a predetermined price before the contract expires.
There are two types of options , call and put. The right to buy is known as a ‘call’ option, whereas the right to sell the underlying asset is called a ‘put’ option.
Every options contract comes with a specified expiry date which is the last date for settling the contract.
The price at which the options contract is settled is called the strike price .
This is the price at which the options contract owner is allowed to buy/sell the underlying cryptocurrency.
The price at which an options contract is bought is called the premium .
Now, when would you buy a cryptocurrency? Obviously when it is trading at a price that is lower than it should be,right?
This means that you find it to be undervalued and you expect its price to rise in the future so you can sell higher and make money.
But what if the crypto price fell instead? Wouldn’t it be nice if somebody would still buy the cryptocurrency from you at a higher price?
For that you would require selling rights of the cryptocurrency and you will buy a put option.
Now on the flip side when would you sell a cryptocurrency? Of course, when you think that it is trading at a price higher than it should be.
This means that you find it to be overvalued and expect it to fall from here.
But what if the price of the cryptocurrency rose instead?
You would then want to add more crypto at a lower price and sit on assets that are valued higher than your purchase price.
For this you would need buying rights or a call option.
Since options allow traders the right to buy/sell assets at a predetermined price they shield them from the volatility of the crypto markets.
Moreover the volume of the call or put options in the market signals the direction in which investors expect the markets to move.
More put options indicate that investors expect the markets to fall whereas more call options indicate that investors expect the market to rally.
Now when the option contracts are near their expiration date, large players try to drive the underlying crypto price into a favourable range depending on the option contracts they have purchased. This is done so that the deal can become profitable.
In summary:
Buying a Call (Long) = Bullish -----> you think the crypto will be worth more later so you want to lock in todays price to buy later at a profit.
Selling a Call (Short) = Bearish -----> you think the crypto will be worth less later so you want to lock in todays price to sell later at a profit.
Buying a Put (Short) = Bearish ------> you think the crypto will be worth less later so you want to lock in todays price to sell later at a profit.
Selling a Put (Long) = Bullish --------> you think the crypto will be worth more later so you want to lock in todays price to buy later at a profit.

📌✅ETH Big deal (POW>>POS)! +( Mine-able Alternative coins🚀 )We are on the verge of a BIG Merge, There are almost 3 days left until this important event for Ethereum!
Ethereum is expected to transition to a proof-of-stake (PoS) mechanism and is considered one of the most significant upgrades in the history of the crypto market so far.
-The Ethereum Merge could force many crypto miners to give up! DO they abandon their expensive mining rigs amid a race to the bottom for profits. Or it forces them to think of migrating to the current alternatives of proof of work of Ethereum!
-If we visit the whattomine , we will see that some coins can be used as an alternative to Ethereum for mining.
But we have to accept the fact that alternative coins are no longer as efficient as Ethereum for mining!
-Although, considering their mine potential, most of them had a significant growth in the last few weeks
And it may continue for some time. But let's consider this point
"As GPU miners point their hardware at other chains their difficulty will increase causing lower returns and splitting the reward among more miners".
-thus increasing mining difficulty will "swamp" these coins — and substantially reducing profitability and price in the long term!
So although "There will always be GPUs mining some GPU optimized chains, but I doubt we will return to the levels of revenue seen in ETH proof-of-work at its peak ever again.
>>>But with the research I have done, I think the following coins can be suitable options to replace Ethereum mining, and if some of them have grown a lot recently, we will probably see some of them grow more in the short or medium term! these are Most Profitable Coins to Mine!

Bitcoin Vs Ethereum 2.0 ComparisonHey mates! Please be sure to advise which of these products you think will have the most alpha. If shared, please advise the timeframe you are thinking! (1year? 10years?)
It is the clash of the titans, and my last article that provided the hard #'s got a great deal of positive traction in the comments, but I did get some DM hate from some Bitcoin maxi's. Please let me know what you think I am missing in my comparison so the whole TradingView community can learn from your wealthy of knowledge.
Emotions aside, and Maxi agenda's muted - lets get logical.
Bitcoin:
#1 Myth B itcoin is protection against inflation
-->Worse inflation in decades & the price crashes
#2 Myth A supply cap in Bitcoin makes it scarce
--> **Bitcoin is itself inflationary for another 100 years**
#3 Myth Bitcoin is a store of wealth
--> Newly minted Bitcoins are continually sold to cover operating costs while going directly against ESG Goals (Constant Selling Pressure)
#4 Myth Bitcoin is safe
-->For $13 Billion Dollars a state sponsor can launch a 51% attack against it.
-->(A single aircraft carrier cost less than that)
-->A Quantum computer can hack any BTC wallet
**To fix Bitcoin (POS) it would take years & create yet another fork destroying its value**
A fork would have to be made, because the miners make a lot of money (Cost about $7k per token mined) dumping the coins onto the maxis. This is a constant selling pressure that prevents it from ever being a true store of value. The tokenomics are not entirely broken(unless you can not forgive all the coal burned in North Korea & China to mine BTC), but it is not going to be the best performer of all.
Ethereum:
#1 Benefit: (post-merge) Ethereum is POS
-->Staking encourages long-term passive yield (hodling for yield)
-->ESG Friendly, 99.5% more efficient than Bitcoin
#2 Benefit: Ethereum is deflationary
-->Every block will burn ETH, and rewards are slashed by 90%
-->Every Dex swap, NFT mint, transaction will lead to ever more scarcity
-->For the next 100 Years BTC will inflate supply while ETH deflates supply
-->Deflationary prices rise in BP*, Inflationary prices drop in BP
#3 Benefit: Ethereum is only improving while Bitcoin development continues to be stale
-->Eth has 220 core developers
-->Btc has 103 core developers
-->Thousands of additional projects are being built on-top of ETH (the next APPL/AMZN)
-->Transaction speeds and cost will improve with 'sharding'
#4 Benefit: It is MUCH safer than BTC
-->Slashing prevents validators from acting malicious
-->BTC is susceptible to 51% attacks
*buying power
SO WHAT DOES THIS MEAN TO ME?
I was screaming "back up the truck" when ETH dipped below $1k to long (I put 100% of my 401k into the product at that point, coupled with all my spot holdings being ETH)
Many ask if they missed the long? - I say this is only the genesis to generational wealth
I recommend joining me in being a validator. Get some passive yield in the most safe deflationary asset in crypto. Eth will fundamentally reward being a long-term investor which will be very attractive to institutions. This, coupled with ESG benefits and the fact ETH has actual utility will make this a product that a decade from now will be in many 401k products, for auto-biweekly deposits.
The miners have an agenda , when you hear 'oh its sooo green, volcano's power it' just know that a guy in Sweden handcranking a windmill to mine is hardly the norm. Coal burners powered it for years, and will continue to do so, and there is no amount of code that can fix this waste. Just because 20% is nuclear powered, does not mean that power could have been used elsewhere to drive down energy cost for others. People in Europe and France right now are about to get their largest energy bill in history this winter. Bitcoin POW is essentially broken long term, as they can not fix it to POS as it will hardfork again because the miners make a fortune dumping the newly minted (inflation) coins on new entrants creating a constant selling pressure. Bitcoin is a granddaddy relic. The myspace/AOL of crypto.
Please let me know what you think brother!
I am not a bitcoin hater, the price may rise, but I think the alpha is in ETH.
Bitcoin has been a huge blessing to me, but the people that purchased coins at $60k are not vibing with 'store-of-value' right now. The product is only worth what it is denominated in Fiat USD.
Why do people hate fiat? Inflation.
What is Bitcoin fundamentally for another 100 years? Supply Inflation
"But Zen! Your wrong! Because we know the max supply of coins the new minted coins are all priced in!!" - if this were the case the price would not be wildly volatile. Another Myth from the Peter Schiff of Bitcoin - that salesman Michael Saylor. ..or as he says 'missionary'.
It really has 'cult-like' vibes hearing that, be a critical thinker and consider generational wealth in ETH.
