Five Demons that lead to Trading Losses
The greatest adversary of a trader is not the market, nor the constantly changing market trends, but rather ourselves.
Therefore, today I will share my trading experience and explain the five most difficult demons to overcome in our trading journey.
1.The first demon is greed.
Greed is the biggest demon in trading. Where there is greed, there is an abyss. It can be said that 90% of psychological problems in trading stem from greed.
What are the manifestations of greed?
Not wanting to miss out on market movements and trying to buy at the lowest point and sell at the highest point is greed.
Not wanting to miss out on any market movements of any kind is greed.
Pursuing the perfect trading system is greed.
Even not willing to accept losses is greed.
Pursuing high-risk trading for quick profits is even more greedy.
Childishly pursuing financial freedom through trading is the greediest of greed.
There are too many examples like this.
2.Heart demon 2: Fear
Many people have poor execution in trading, mainly due to fear.
What are the manifestations of fear in trading?
Being bullish on a market but not daring to open a position due to fear of loss. Even when the trading plan is clearly defined, entry and exit rules are obvious, and position sizing is appropriate, when the conditions for opening a position are met, the button for opening the position cannot be clicked and the opportunity is missed.
Having the correct position and being profitable but not daring to hold the position, afraid of losing profit due to the fluctuation of the market, resulting in hasty liquidation.
The inability to set a stop loss is also a manifestation of fear, afraid of not being able to recover losses.
Using smaller and smaller position sizes, finally opening a position of 0.01 lots, but still feeling conflicted.
3.Heart demon 3: Short-sightedness
Traders must have a perspective. I often say that we should examine trading from an aerial perspective.
Trading is like a maze. Only when we stand at a high point and overlook the maze can we find the correct way out. We must not plunge into the maze.
What are the manifestations of short-sightedness?
When a trading system is initially profitable, you think it's great; when losses occur, you immediately want to give up or change the trading system's settings.
Unbeknownst to many, profits and losses come from the same source. Trading systems are bound to have matching and non-matching market conditions. Dismissing a trading system due to short-term gains or losses is a manifestation of short-sightedness.
On the other hand, a trading system making money for a period of time does not necessarily mean that the system will continue to be profitable. Profitability is only a result of matching market conditions. Overvaluing a trading system due to temporary profits is also a manifestation of short-sightedness.
Therefore, many people eagerly show me their profitable trading systems of one or three months, but I maintain a conservative attitude and suggest we discuss the issue again after one year.
4.Heart Demon Four: Anger
When it comes to anger, everyone can easily understand that it is a significant issue not only in trading but also in work and daily life. Under the influence of anger, a person's IQ is reduced to only 30% of its normal level. Our judgment of trading results and risk perception will be greatly biased.
Specifically, anger manifests as frequent trading after losses, heavy positions, and expecting to make a profit to recover previous losses. However, the heavy position trading profits cannot be sustained, and when the market does not follow expectations, the trader may be reluctant to cut losses, resulting in margin call and a vicious cycle.
5.Heart Demon Five: Arrogance
The trends we trade are the future, and humans are powerless in predicting the future. Even a successful trader may not be able to judge the direction more accurately than a primary school student based on a single chart. This is due to the randomness of market trends, which no one can change.
Here's the problem: some people always spot market trends and get good returns during a certain period, which causes them to become arrogant. It is like some novice traders who, after a few short-term profits, begin to have great confidence in their trading ability. This is what we call the "beginner's luck," which is followed by losses due to luck.
These are the five heart demons that lead to trading losses. Many of us have experienced these errors. If you are also troubled by these heart demons, we hope you can face your problems and slowly change.

The characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of BitcoinCurrency Features:
Decentralization: Bitcoin is the first distributed virtual currency that is entirely user-driven, without the presence of any central bank. Decentralization ensures the security and freedom of Bitcoin.
Global circulation: Bitcoin can be managed on any computer connected to the Internet. Anyone, anywhere in the world, can mine, purchase, sell, or receive Bitcoin.
Exclusive ownership: Controlling Bitcoin requires a private key, which can be isolated and stored on any storage medium. No one can access it except the user.
Low transaction fees: Bitcoin can be sent out for free, but a transaction fee of about 1 bit cent will be charged for each transaction to ensure faster execution.
No hidden costs: As a means of payment from A to B, Bitcoin does not have complex limits and procedures. Payment can be made as long as the recipient's Bitcoin address is known.
Cross-platform mining: Users can explore the computing power of different hardware on various platforms.
Advantages:
1.Complete decentralization with no issuing agency, and therefore it is impossible to manipulate the issuance of Bitcoin. Its issuance and circulation are achieved through open-source P2P algorithms.
2.Anonymity, tax exemption, and unregulated.
3.Robustness. Bitcoin relies entirely on P2P networks with no issuing center, making it immune to external shutdown. Bitcoin prices may fluctuate and crash, and many governments may declare it illegal, but Bitcoin and its massive P2P network will not disappear.
4.Borderless and cross-border. In cross-border remittances, funds go through layers of foreign exchange control institutions, and transaction records are recorded by multiple parties. However, if Bitcoin is used for transactions, one can directly input the digital address, click the mouse, wait for the P2P network to confirm the transaction, and a large amount of funds will be transferred. There is no need to go through any control institution, nor will any cross-border transaction records be left behind.
5.Difficulty for copycats to survive. Since the Bitcoin algorithm is completely open-source, anyone can download the source code, modify some parameters, and recompile it to create a new P2P currency. However, these copycat currencies are fragile and susceptible to 51% attacks. Anyone who controls 51% of the computing power of a P2P currency network can manipulate transactions and currency values, dealing a devastating blow to the P2P currency. Many copycat currencies die in this stage. The Bitcoin network is robust enough, and the CPU/GPU required to control 51% of the computing power of the Bitcoin network will be astronomical.
Disadvantages of Bitcoin
1.Fragility of trading platforms. While the Bitcoin network is robust, Bitcoin trading platforms are fragile. These platforms are typically websites, which are susceptible to hacking attacks or closure by regulatory authorities.
2.Long transaction confirmation times. When installing a Bitcoin wallet for the first time, it can take a significant amount of time to download historical transaction data blocks. Additionally, when transacting with Bitcoin, some time is needed to confirm the accuracy of the data by interacting with the peer-to-peer network, and the transaction is only considered complete after being confirmed by the entire network.
3.Extreme price volatility. Due to the involvement of numerous speculators, the exchange rate between Bitcoin and fiat currencies is highly volatile, making Bitcoin more suitable for speculation than anonymous transactions.
4.Lack of understanding by the general public, and resistance from traditional finance professionals. While active internet users understand the principles of peer-to-peer networks and recognize that Bitcoin cannot be manipulated or controlled artificially, the general public does not understand it, and many people cannot even distinguish between Bitcoin and Q coins. While the absence of an issuing authority is a benefit of Bitcoin, traditional finance professionals see such a currency as worthless.
Understanding the Crypto Market CapThe cryptocurrency market has experienced significant growth but more recently saw a huge decline as sentiment soured due to several scams, insolvencies and a lack of regulation.
Bitcoin, the first and most well-known cryptocurrency, has played a significant role in this growth. In this analysis, we will explore the relationship between the crypto market cap and Bitcoin.
Bitcoin's dominance in the cryptocurrency market has been significant, with the market capitalization of Bitcoin accounting for over 40% of the total crypto market cap.
As a result, changes in Bitcoin's price often have a ripple effect on the entire crypto market. When Bitcoin's price rises, it can create a positive sentiment across the market, leading to increased demand for other cryptocurrencies and driving up the total crypto market cap.
Conversely, when Bitcoin's price falls, it can lead to a decrease in demand for other cryptocurrencies, causing the total crypto market cap to decline.
There are several factors that influence the relationship between the crypto market cap and Bitcoin.
One of the most significant factors is the overall sentiment toward cryptocurrencies. When the sentiment is positive, investors are more likely to invest in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, leading to an increase in the total crypto market cap.
However, negative sentiment towards cryptocurrencies can have the opposite effect, leading to a decrease in demand and a decline in the total crypto market cap.
Another factor that can influence the relationship between the crypto market cap and Bitcoin is regulation.
Regulatory changes, such as bans on cryptocurrencies or increased oversight, can have a significant impact on the market. For example, when China announced a crackdown on cryptocurrency mining and trading in May 2021, it led to a sharp decline in Bitcoin's price and a subsequent drop in the total crypto market cap.
Furthermore, technological advancements and developments in the crypto space can also influence the relationship between the crypto market cap and Bitcoin.
For example, the rise of decentralized finance (DeFi) has led to the development of new blockchain-based financial products and services, driving demand for cryptocurrencies and increasing the total crypto market cap.
So, what does this mean for investors and traders?
Understanding the relationship between the crypto market cap and Bitcoin can be useful in making informed investment decisions.
When considering investments in cryptocurrencies, investors should carefully monitor the price of Bitcoin and its impact on the total crypto market cap. Additionally, keeping an eye on sentiment, regulation, and technological advancements can help investors make more informed decisions.
However, it is important to remember that the crypto market is highly volatile and can experience rapid price movements, making risk management strategies crucial for success in this market.
🔥WHY ALTCOINS FOLLOW THE BTC PRICE? A FULL GUIDE FOR TRADERS!🔥Hi, friends! I will explain why altcoins are following BTC and how traders can take advantage of this idea.
The first and main crypto is Bitcoin. I am sure that 99% of traders/investors discover crypto through BTC.
📊THE 4 MAIN REASONS WHY ALTCOINS FOLLOW BTC:
🔥 Bitcoin is the most influential cryptocurrency: As the first cryptocurrency and the largest by market capitalization, Bitcoin has a significant impact on the entire cryptocurrency market. The price of Bitcoin often affects the prices of other cryptocurrencies, and it can cause other altcoins to rise or fall in value.
Therefore, it's essential to keep a close eye on Bitcoin's price if you're trading altcoins, as it can indicate market trends and potential opportunities.
🔥 Altcoin prices are correlated with Bitcoin: Many altcoins have a strong correlation with Bitcoin's price movement. This means that if Bitcoin's price is rising, it's likely that the value of altcoins will also increase. However, if Bitcoin's price falls, altcoins are also likely to experience a decline in value.
As such, tracking Bitcoin's price can provide valuable insights into the behavior of other cryptocurrencies in the market .
🔥 Bitcoin can act as a safe haven asset: During times of market volatility or economic uncertainty, Bitcoin has historically acted as a safe haven asset. This means that investors tend to flock to Bitcoin as a way to store value and protect their investments.
As a result, Bitcoin's price can rise during times of crisis, and this can have an impact on altcoin prices as well. By monitoring Bitcoin's price, traders can gain insight into market sentiment and adjust their trading strategies accordingly.
🔥 Bitcoin is a market indicator: Bitcoin's price is often used as an indicator of the overall health of the cryptocurrency market. For instance, if Bitcoin's price is rising, it may indicate that the market is bullish and that investors are optimistic about the future of cryptocurrency.
On the other hand, if Bitcoin's price is falling, it may suggest that the market is bearish and that investors are taking a cautious approach.
By keeping an eye on Bitcoin's price, traders can gain a better understanding of market trends and make more informed decisions when trading altcoins.
✅HOW TRADERS CAN USE THIS BTC-ALTCOIN PATTERN
I made 4 simple comparisons for you to show it. I used Bitcoin (as #1 crypto) and ETH (#1 altcoin). Take a look on the chart and the numbers on it.
🚩 1st case. If BTC falls at the beginning of the bull market = altcoins fall so much.
In the first case BTC fell by -60-65% and ETH fell by -70-75%. It's not too much for ETH, but you can check the other alts. They fell by -85-90%.
🚩 2nd case. After the long consolidations altcoin grow higher than BTC.
BTC made +35%, but ETH made +81%. It's 2 times bigger than BTC.
🚩 3rd case. BTC and altcoins during the rally grow equally. Except for some skyrocketing crypto as AXS, SOL and etc, of course.
+452% for BTC and +480% for ETH.
🚩 4th case. New ATH is a time for altcoins' pumps. This is the time when they grow by 300-400% in a few weeks.
As you see, BTC made +5%, but ETH +157%!
🔥SUMMARY. So, the 2nd case (after the consolidation) and 4th case (at the new ATH) is the best to catch strong altcoins movements for a hundred percent% and 40-50 or even 100RR. Now you can use it in your trading, cause you will know what BTC do now and how it will affect altcoins.

How to Use the Exponential Moving Average (EMA)The Exponential Moving Average (EMA) is a popular technical indicator used by traders to identify trends and make informed trading decisions. In this TradingView idea, we will discuss how to use the EMA in your technical analysis.
Step 1: Understanding the EMA
The EMA is a type of moving average that gives greater weight to more recent prices, making it more responsive to changes in the market. The EMA is calculated by taking the average of a set number of price data points over a specified time period, with more weight given to recent data points.
Example:
Let's say you are using 20-day and 50-day EMAs to identify trends and potential buy/sell signals. You notice that the 20-day EMA is above the 50-day EMA, indicating that the stock is in an uptrend. You then wait for the price of the stock to pull back to the 20-day EMA before buying in, as this could provide a good entry point. Conversely, if the price falls below the 20-day EMA, this could be a potential sell signal.
Step 2: Identifying Trends with the EMA
One of the primary uses of the EMA is to identify trends in the market. When the price of an asset is above the EMA, it is considered to be in an uptrend, while when the price is below the EMA, it is considered to be in a downtrend. Traders can use the EMA to identify potential buy and sell signals based on the direction of the trend.
Example:
Let's say you are using the 50-day EMA as a dynamic support or resistance level. You notice that the price of the pair has been consistently bouncing off the 50-day EMA, indicating that it is acting as a support level. You then decide to go long on the pair when the price approaches the 50-day EMA, with a stop loss below the EMA in case the price breaks through.
Step 3: Using Multiple EMAs for Confirmation
Traders can also use multiple EMAs to confirm trends and potential buy and sell signals. For example, using a shorter-term EMA, such as a 20-day EMA, in conjunction with a longer-term EMA, such as a 50-day EMA, can provide a more comprehensive view of the trend and potential trading opportunities.
Example:
Let's say you are using the 10-day, 20-day, and 50-day EMAs to confirm trends and potential buy/sell signals. You notice that the 10-day EMA is above the 20-day EMA, which is also above the 50-day EMA, indicating that the trend is up. You then wait for the price of gold to pull back to the 10-day or 20-day EMA before buying in, as this could provide a good entry point. Conversely, if the price falls below the 50-day EMA, this could be a potential sell signal.
Step 4: Using the EMA as a Dynamic Support or Resistance Level
In addition to identifying trends, the EMA can also be used as a dynamic support or resistance level. When the price of an asset is approaching the EMA, traders can use the EMA as a potential support or resistance level, depending on the direction of the trend.
In conclusion, the EMA is a versatile and powerful technical indicator that can be used for a variety of trading strategies. You don't need a complex setup to be successful in trading, just using simple indicator such as EMA can make trading highly profitable.

🔥SECRET METHOD TO IDENTIFY LONG TERM TREND:VOLUME PROFILE+POC🚀🔥Hi, friends! Trend is the most important thing in trading, so you have to know how to identify it and be a successful trader.
In this idea, I will explain to you the most easiest and useful method for trend identification. I know that you haven't heard about that.
📊 THE INSTRUMENTS WE USE TO IDENTIFY THE TREND:
🔥 Fixed Range Volume Profile (FRVP)
🔥 Point of control or POC
🔥 Bitcoin monthly candles/bars. They help to identify the long-term trend without local noise
✅ IF YOU WANT TO UNDERSTAND IF THE BULL MARKET BEGINS AND CONTINUES, YOU NEED:
1. Use the Volume Profile. Just pick it at the left side of the TradingView chart at "Prediction and Measurement Tools".
2. Stretch the volume profile on a monthly candle/bar.
3. After this you will see the Point of Control (POC, red line) which shows you where the most liquidity is concentrated.
4. If the price continues to close above the POC each month, this means that we have a healthy bull market.
5*. If you see that the monthly candle is close below the POC, you need to be more careful with your trends. This can indicate about a trend change, but it happens at least 1 time in the middle of the bull market.
Check the precious bull market. Thats work perfectly!
🚩 You can check if it rule works for the BEAR market and write it in the comments.
📊 WHY IT'S IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THE LONG TERM TREND
I know that you guys know the most famous trading quote: "Trend is your friend." . Naive but very useful recommendation.
The understanding of the long term trend helps you to reduce 50-70% of your losing trades and increase your winrate at least to 60-80%:
🔥 you can use only trend following strategy and make much more money (open only long trades on bull market or open only a short trades on bear market)
🔥 reduce the risk when opening a trade against the trend and cut the losses.
🚩 Additionally, if you buy crypto (BTC, ETH or other alts) on spot, you can use this method to buy and hold crypto till BTC not change the trend. This method helps you to make a huge profit.

BITCOIN - Head and Shoulders Targeting $21000BTC is in a good setup for a head and shoulders to the downside. The head and shoulders is a bearish pattern where the price bounces and returns to the "Neckline" support level the 3 times with the final return resulting in a break of neckline support.
How to spot
The easiest way to spot a head and shoulders is to find a support level that the price is bouncing off of. Look for a moderate bounce that returns to support followed by a larger bounce that also returns to support. This is the left shoulder, head setup. In this case, you can see a possible right shoulder forming around $23120. This price area has proven to be strong resistance. It has kept the price at bay for weeks now with all breakouts retreating back below it. As a result, it's the perfect set up for a head and shoulders.
How to set your target price
To determine your target price, measure the distance between the top of the head and the neckline. In this case, $1500. Subtract this amount from the neckline and you will get your target price.
Make the bearish case
How is the price action looking? Is the price action bearish? Is there a lot of buy or sell volume? By making a bearish case prior to your head and shoulders call, you will have more success in your trades.
BTC BEARISH CASE
-Broke the red channel
-Returned back below strong resistance
-Bear flag setup for right shoulder
How to Trade
Some traders like to enter their short at the top of what they perceive to be the right shoulder. The weaker (lower) the right shoulder in comparison to the left shoulder, the better. This shoulder is still early so its difficult to say whether we've topped yet, but the strong resistance would make me feel better about entering here. Other traders like to enter their short once the price has broken the neckline, which would be a more definite bearish move.
Technical patterns are never 100% for certain. However, if you can spot them and trade them in the right circumstances, you will find a lot of success. Best of luck! I hope this helps improve your trading and your PnL!
Educational (divergence + volume)Hi guys, in order to spot a divergence you should be careful which timeframe you're looking at. for example in the left picture, the daily timeframe is showing higher highs in price (at each candle) and lower highs in RSI (at each candle). but note that these are not highs and lows and as long as you can't find signs of accumulation and distribution in highs and lows (as long as there's no valid consolidation) you can't name them as highs and lows. so there's no divergence. but in the lower time frame (what is shown is 4h) you can see it more clearer that for every candle in the daily time frame, you have a specific trend in the 4H timeframe. so you can name them as highs and lows and yes, there is a divergence now.
also, keep in mind that in the lower timeframe. every time you're making a new high in rsi, you should expect it to be more volatile and be more sensitive in a way that in the next new rsi high, you have less time spent in the overbought area.
The next part is about the volume profile. you have less resistance in front of the price movement where there is less volume traded in the past. BUT NOT ALWAYS!
less trades made in the past in an area means two things:
1- you can expect the price to move faster and sharper and take less time in that area
2- if the price wants to make a low or high or a pattern, it's less predictable and there's more chance of wrong analysis and fake patterns.
Feel free to leave any comments and ask questions!
🔥WHAT IS NEEDED FOR BITCOIN TO GROW HIGHER? 1300%vs4900%🚀🔥Hi friends! A lot of newbies consider these things as something bad. These make them very unhappy and disappointed because their position gets the loss. These things are the pullbacks or corrections after significant growth. Everyone is waiting for it now to buy more cheap crypto.
📊 The pullback is the price fall after significant growth. But why is it so good for price growth:
🔥 1. it makes the market (BTC as well) much healthier because it liquidates overleverage traders.
For example, -40% pullback liquidates all traders with 1.5x leverage and coll down the market (as it was in the 2016-2017 bull market).
🔥 2. it gives the opportunity to enter the long traders for the advanced traders. If we have 5-6 pullbacks every time after 100-150% growth, you can use already earned money in new trades (increase the risk per trade).
When the price doesn't make the pullbacks and you enter the trade at the very beginning of the bull market, you have no chance to exit the trade and use the margin from the profit to increase the risk per trade.
✅ COMPARISON OF 2016-2017 AND 2020-2021
🚩 2016-2017 BULL MARKET
The market had made 4900% of profit in just 2 years. I mention 6 huge dumps with 30-40% drawdowns. These dumps cool down the market and liquidate overleveraged traders. Lots of entrance opportunities. Hope the next bull market will be the same.
Of course, you can say that market was not as big as now and I agree with you. But the whole BTC capitalization is equal to 3.5% of the entire gold cap, so it's just the beginning for crypto.
🚩2020-2021 BULL MARKET
This bull market as well as the 2019 local bull market was almost with no pullbacks and entrance possibilities. Bitcoin had made just +1300% in 2 years. Just 3 pullbacks with +16-30%. Almost no liquidations and no cool down of the market. Not the best growth as the result.
In that bull market, the beginners can't even normally use their gaining margin to open new trades.
🔥 WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN THE NEXT BULL MARKET?
I think that this growth will be the same as at the last bull market. Of course, it will be some surprises as at each bull market, but it will grow nonstop.
I make a huge update about this in the last idea. Check it if you want to know what to expect from BTC and the crypto market here👇

Coin market theme!!! About coin ecosystemHello?
Traders, welcome.
If you "Follow", you can always get new information quickly.
Please also click "Boost".
Have a nice day.
-------------------------------------
As the coin market goes through rising and falling markets, many themes are being created.
These themes are expanding the interconnected coin ecosystem under the name of ecosystem.
Therefore, I think that the coin market is highly likely to have a circulation pump of theme coins after the rising market next year.
Numerous coins (tokens) are being created and also disappearing.
In order to survive in this situation, they are trying to increase their viability by creating and expanding a coin ecosystem.
Apart from this trend, there are coins (tokens) that do not belong to any coin ecosystem.
When trading coins (tokens) that are continuing to survive independently, I think you should invest in a short-term perspective or trade in a trading method that increases the number of coins (tokens) corresponding to profit while recovering the principal amount as much as possible.
Otherwise, you have to be careful because when and how you can plunge and never recover again.
Existing investment companies, institutional investors, and whales are gradually eating into the coin market due to funds entering the coin market through USDC and newly launched coin investment products in the stock market.
These funds will make more individual investors invest in the investment market, but it is expected that the time when individual investors earn large profits by trading on their own will gradually decrease.
There will come a time when individual investors will have less and less information available, and they will have to follow in their footsteps and trade with information provided by investment companies, institutional investors, and whales.
I believe this movement is unstoppable.
Therefore, from now on, it is necessary to find the coins (tokens) that are expanding the coin ecosystem (ecosystem) that is being formed and tie them together to figure out what kind of circulation pumping will occur.
As before, it is expected that the roadmap of one coin (token) or such technical stories from the foundation will no longer be able to move the hearts of investors.
Among these coin ecosystems, the ones we are interested in are as follows.
Ethereum Ecosystem
BNB chain Ecosystem
Cardano Ecosystem
Solana Ecosystem
Polkadot Ecosystem
TRON Ecosystem
Avalanche Ecosystem
Polygon Ecosystem
Near Protocol Ecosystem
Cosmos Ecosystem
Fantom Ecosystem
Optimism Ecosystem
As above, it is an 11 coin ecosystem.
Representative coins of the coin ecosystem are as follows.
BTC
ETH
BNB
ADA
SOL
DOT
TRX
AVAX
MATIC
NEAR
ATOM
FTM
OP
In addition, it is a coin that has the potential to create coins and coin ecosystems with large user communities.
XRP
ALGO
KLAY
Among the coins belonging to most of the current coin ecosystems, LINK is a representative coin.
However, due to the coin's own issue, the coins that need to increase the number of coins (tokens) corresponding to profits while recovering the purchase principal as much as possible are as follows.
XRP
SOL
TRX
KLAY
OP
The above coins (tokens) have self-restraint issues, so I don't think it's good to trade them with the traditional trading method.
Of these, the OP token has just been created in the coin ecosystem, so I think a trading method is needed to increase the number of coins (tokens) corresponding to the profit while recovering the purchase principal as much as possible, at least until the next wave.
In conclusion, the coin market will start to be flooded with information comparable to the stock market after the bull market next year.
In this situation, in order to earn steady profits in the coin market, you need to start paying attention to a newly changing theme, the coin ecosystem.

BITCOIN - Using the CCI and RSI Indicators to Predict DumpsThis was a cool trick I learned a while back and I thought I would share. The Commodity Channel Index (CCI) is very similar to the Relative Strength Index (RSI), but the CCI tends to be more sensitive. As a result, the CCI tends to drop when there is weakness in comparison to the RSI and the divergence in the two indicators becomes evident. I've highlighted to previous instances when the CCI dropped significantly in comparison to the RSI. Had you seen this, you could have exited your position and saved yourself a lot of money. The CCI is currently showing a strong bearish divergence to the RSI, which may very well be a foreshadowing of a coming BTC dump. As a result, I'm going to be in USD to be safe until I see the direction the market decides to go. I hope this trick helps you as much as it has helped me.
🟡 The Most Popular Myths About Bitcoin Debunked 🔑During the existence of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, a large number of erroneous judgments have appeared about them, which continue to spread among people even now. This leads to cryptocurrency being treated negatively, as the vast majority of myths about digital currencies are aimed at discrediting them.
In this article, we will look at the most popular of them and debunk them for good.
Bitcoin Can Be Hacked
Cryptocurrencies are created based on blockchain technology, which organizes a database consisting of a chain of blocks. Each successive block has information about previous blocks. Such a database is stored simultaneously on all computers of the system participants.
This technology is based on the principle of decentralization, that is, the database is not in one place, and all the computers participating in the system, form a network. To affect the network in any way, it is necessary to get 51% of its hash rate. Only then will it be possible to make changes to the transactions and impose their acceptance on a minority.
Bitcoin's computing power is distributed all over the world, and to try to take over the network, a large amount of hardware has to be combined. Still, mining companies will not destroy their source of income. And even if someone decides to attack the system, it will at most lead to failures, which will be eliminated with emergency updates.
However, cryptocurrency exchanges and other digital money services are vulnerable to hacking.
Bitcoin Is Not Backed By Anything
Back in 1971, the U.S. authorities abandoned the Bretton Woods system (the gold standard), and the U.S. dollar lost its peg to gold. Since then, the U.S. currency has not been specifically backed but is directly dependent on the country's financial stability.
To understand what bitcoin is secured with and how its price is formed, it is necessary to consider the value and functionality that the cryptocurrency presents to its owner:
Anonymity. No one monitors bitcoin transfers and has no right to influence (cancel or suspend) the transaction in any way;
Low commissions. In the network of the main cryptocurrency, there is a fixed commission for transfers, which is set based on the load on the network. It means that the commission will be the same if you transfer $100 and $100k, as well as any other amount;
Speed. Bitcoin transactions are usually instantaneous. Allowable delays range from a few minutes to one hour, depending on network load;
Limitlessness. You can transfer bitcoins anywhere in the world. The main thing is that the recipient has a cryptocurrency wallet.
Thus, bitcoin allows making anonymous payments and money transfers of any amount, regardless of the location of the sender and the recipient of the cryptocurrency. This factor, combined with bitcoin's limited issuance (21 million coins), determines the demand that subsequently forms the cryptocurrency's price.
Bitcoin Is Used Only By Criminals
The anonymity that cryptocurrencies give does allow the use of digital coins in illegal schemes. But, in this case, it is no different from cash, which is also used in illegal activities.
Last year, bitcoin began to be actively bought by large companies to protect against inflation and other risks of the traditional financial market. For example, the main cryptocurrency of $1.5 billion was purchased by Tesla. According to CEO Elon Musk, Tesla sold 10% of bitcoins at the end of March and recorded a profit.
The oldest U.S. banks, such as Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and JP Morgan, are also showing interest in cryptocurrencies. The latter is already preparing to launch its first actively managed bitcoin fund. Goldman Sachs will also make cryptocurrency investments available to clients.
Bitcoin Is A Bubble
Back in 2010, the price of bitcoin was less than $1, but now it is worth more than $23,000. Other cryptocurrencies have also seen their prices go up by hundreds or thousands of times. This gave reason to compare the cryptocurrency market with a bubble that will surely burst, and investors will be left with nothing.
First of all, let's understand what a bubble is. It is an economic cycle of trading an asset characterized by an unsustainable growth of its market value. One of the first examples of such a bubble was the rise in the price of tulips in the Netherlands in the 17th century. At that time, their value soared tenfold, and never recovered after the collapse. There was also the famous dot-com bubble at the beginning of the century. Back then, the value of Internet companies soared and collapsed dramatically in a short period of time.
Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies have been around for more than a decade. During that time, they have gone through several cycles in which their value rose and fell. However, after all, previous falls, bitcoin has renewed its price records. Along with it, the entire cryptocurrency market grew.
As analysts explain, cryptocurrency fluctuations form a pattern typical of young markets. They expect assets to rise and fall with smaller fluctuations over time, and the time between these cycles will increase. That is, the cryptocurrency market will become more stable and predictable.
Buying Cryptocurrency Is Difficult
Many potential investors are deterred from buying crypto assets by their lack of experience. Since it is a new and technological tool, it may seem complicated. In fact, it is possible to invest through special exchanges, mobile applications, or other trading platforms. The registration procedure on them is usually no more complicated than, for example, creating an account on a social network or in an online store.
As a rule, the major exchangers ask to confirm the identity. To do this, it is necessary to upload a photo of the documents. This is a requirement of the world's regulators, which helps make exchanges more secure. However, those who value anonymity can also find exchanges where there are no such requirements.
The process of buying cryptocurrency itself is also simple. To do this, you can top up your account and use it to make purchases or pay with your card directly for each cryptocurrency purchase. In terms of complexity, this procedure can be compared to recharging a cell phone or buying goods.
One Needs A Lot Of Money To Buy Cryptocurrency
Most people learned about the existence of cryptocurrency when the price of bitcoin reached tens of thousands of dollars, which would seem to immediately cut off investors with a budget of a few hundred.
In fact, all services allow you to buy a share of bitcoin or another cryptocurrency. The minimum amount for which you can buy a cryptocurrency may vary from site to site, but usually, it's only a few hundred dollars.
If you buy a bitcoin or other cryptocurrency, you will earn on its growth, as well as those who operate with tens of thousands of dollars. If an asset doubles in value, for example, then the investments of everyone who holds it will also double. The same will happen if the crypto-asset becomes cheaper.
Only Pros Can Make Money With Cryptocurrency
There is a widespread belief that buying cryptocurrency is similar to trading on the forex market. They say you have to buy it when it goes down in price, sell it when it goes up in price, and so on in a circle. And in order to do that one has to understand its trends, news, and reasons for daily price changes.
Of course, that's how traders make money. However, most crypto investors are not actively trading. They only buy bitcoin or other tokens and wait for them to rise in price. This strategy is used by those who see the potential of cryptocurrencies in the long term. The superiority of this strategy is ease. You don't need to check the exchange rate every day and monitor the news.
Cryptocurrency Guarantees Anonymity
This myth arose because cryptocurrency allows for transactions outside of the banking system. There are also anonymous wallets, for the creation of which it is not necessary to enter any personal data.
At the same time, it should be taken into account that any transaction is recorded in the blockchain and saved forever. This means that if bitcoin has been in a wallet that is associated with criminal activity, no matter how much it is sent to other wallets, it cannot be "laundered". Law enforcement can access the blockchain data and track down the person who made the transactions. However, because this procedure is complicated, it is used only in special cases.
Everyone Who Buys Cryptocurrency Will Get Rich
There are a lot of stories about people who bought bitcoin when it was worth a few hundred and woke up rich a few years later. Similar cases occur with other coins that have increased in price tens or hundreds of times. However, this does not mean that everyone who buys cryptocurrency will certainly get rich.
Keep in mind that these are risky assets that can both rise and fall in value. In addition, their volatility is higher than that of stocks, real estate, or fiat currencies. Therefore, experts advise keeping 5% to 10% of their savings in crypto-assets.
Cryptocurrency Is A Vogue, And It Will Go Away Soon
A few decades ago, computers and e-mail were of interest only to a very limited number of technology enthusiasts. When Steve Jobs said that soon computers would be in every home, he was surprised to be asked, "what are they there for?".
The same thing is happening now with cryptocurrencies. So far, they have been used by a relatively limited number of people. But today's cryptocurrencies create ecosystems that, according to analysts, will continue to evolve, and there will be more and more practical applications for them.
There is growing interest in decentralized financial programs, which are safer, more reliable, and cheaper than the current systems. Tech giants are exploring ways to merge the real and digital worlds, using blockchain technology as a building block for this. States are thinking about creating their cryptocurrencies. So virtual assets, of course, will evolve and change but will remain with the technology on which they are based.
Conclusion
New tokens appear all the time and, quite possibly, some of them will increase in value hundreds of times. At the same time, some of them will depreciate or disappear altogether. Therefore, professionals advise diversifying your cryptocurrency portfolio: keep most of the funds in popular cryptocurrencies, such as bitcoin or Ethereum, and only part of the funds should be spent on new projects that seem promising. This will allow you to keep a balance between risk and reward.
bullish and bearish cup and handle pattern hello dear traders,

What are the Cup and Handle chart patterns?
A cup and handle pattern is a pattern of price movement on a trading chart that resembles a cup with a handle, from which it derives its name. The cup section of the pattern is formed from a U-shaped price movement, while the handle is a short price channel from the edge of the cup. The handle is actually a pullback after the right Swing of the cup.
As is the case with other chart patterns, the cup and handle pattern shows you how the price has moved in the immediate past, which can help you predict future price movements. The time it takes for pattern formation varies: pattern formation can be as short as seven weeks or as long as 65 weeks or more.
There are two types of patterns: the more popular bullish cup and handle pattern that you can see in bull markets and the inverted cup and handle pattern, also known as the bearish cup and handle pattern, that you can see in bear markets.
In the bullish variant, which occurs in an uptrend, the pattern is formed by a downswing (pullback) that gradually turns into an upswing (in the trend direction) followed by a small pullback (a slight downward drift that creates a handle )
The reversal/bearish type, which appears in a downtrend, is formed by an upswing (pullback) that gradually turns into a downswing to continue the downtrend, but then pulls back (handle) a bit.
Understanding the structure and inversion of the cup and handle pattern
The cup and handle pattern can form in any time frame, but as a swing trader, you should focus on the daily time frame. To identify the cup and handle pattern or reversal type, you need to understand the price movements that form its structure. For example, to be a continuation pattern, there must be a prior trend before a cup and handle pattern can form. Let us look at both patterns one by one.
The bullish Cup and Handle pattern:-
An uptrend: For a bullish cup and handle pattern to form, there must be an established uptrend, but the trend must not be too mature because the more mature the trend, the less likely it is to continue. A trend on the daily time frame that is a few months old is fine.
Cup: The cup is formed from a normal bust that gradually curves upward, creating a "U" shape. It should have a bowl or round bottom and not a sharp "V" shaped bottom. The round bottom ensures that there is a consolidation pattern with valid support at the bottom of the "U" cup. In addition, the pattern on both sides of the cup should be of equal height, but this may not always be the case.
Cup depth: The cup should not be too deep. Generally, the cup depth should be around the 38.2% Fibonacci retracement of the previous advance. However, with overreaction in more volatile markets, retracements can range from 38.3% to 50% Fibonacci. In extreme cases, the retracement can reach 61.8% Fibonacci, which is in line with Dow Theory.
Handle: This is a pullback that forms after the higher forms on the right side of the cup. This is a minor pullback or consolidation that sometimes resembles a downward-sloping flag or pennant. This is just a small, final consolidation/pullback before a bigger breakout, but could lead to a retracement to the 38.2% Fibonacci retracement of the swing high of the cup. The smaller the retracement, the more bullish the formation and the more significant the breakout.
Duration: While the cup can last from 1 to 6 months (or several years on a weekly chart), the handle can take about 1-4 weeks to form.
The bearish/inverse Cup and Handle pattern:-
A downtrend (bear market): There must be an established downtrend for the inverted Cup and Handle pattern to be meaningful. However, the trend should be relatively young as downtrends don’t last that much. On the daily timeframe, the trend should be from a few weeks to a few months.
The dome (inverted cup): The dome of this pattern is formed by a normal price rally in a downtrend (pullback), which gradually turns to a downward swing, thereby forming a dome shape. It should have a rounding top and not a sharp pyramid top. A rounding top ensures that the inverted cup is a consolidation pattern with valid resistance at the top of the structure. Both sides of the dome may or may not have equal lows.
Dome height: The dome should not be too high. Usually, the height should be about 38.2% Fibonacci retracement of the preceding downswing, but the retracement could range from 38.3% to 50% Fibonacci in more volatile markets with over-reactions. In extreme situations, it could be up to 61.8% Fibonacci.
The handle: This is a slight pullback that follows the downswing that forms the right side of the dome. It is a small consolidation that often looks like a bearish flag or pennant that slopes upward. The handle can retrace up to 38.2% Fibonacci of the dome’s swing down, but the smaller the retracement, the more bearish the formation and the more significant the breakout.
Duration: The dome may take about 4 to 6 weeks or more to form, while the handle may take about a week or two.
How to trade the Cup and Handle chart pattern:-
The Cup and Handle pattern and the inverse type are potent trend continuation signals. When you see any of them, you have to trade in the direction of the trend. While you can trade these price action chart patterns on their own, it may be wise to confirm the trend with some tools, like trend lines and moving averages.
Trading the bullish Cup and Handle pattern:-
The bullish Cup and Handle pattern forms an uptrend and gives a bullish breakout signal. You might have to fix an uptrend line or a moving average to confirm the trend. Here is how you trade the pattern:
Entry:-
With this pattern, a buy signal occurs when the price breaks out of the upper trend line of the price channel that forms the handle. There should be a substantial increase in volume on the breakout above the handle’s resistance. Go long at the close of the breakout candlestick. Alternatively, you place a stop-buy order slightly above that upper trend line. Sometimes, it is prudent to wait for a breakout above the resistance line established by the highs of the cup.
Stop loss:-
You need a stop-loss order to get you out of the trade if after buying the breakout, the price drops, instead of rising. Your stop loss should be at a level that invalidates the pattern’s signal, and that level is below the lowest point of the handle.
Profit target:-
There are two potential profit target levels for this pattern. The first profit target is estimated by measuring a distance equivalent to the size of the handle, starting from the breakout point. The second profit target is estimated by measuring a distance equal to the depth of the cup, again, starting from the point of the breakout.
Trading the bearish Cup and Handle pattern:-
The bearish Cup and Handle pattern forms a downtrend and is traded as a bearish breakdown signal. So, you can use it to go short on the market if you want. This is how you trade the pattern:
Entry:-
You have a sell signal when the price breaks below the lower trend line of the price channel that forms the handle. There should be a spike in volume when this breakdown happens. You may go short at the close of the breakdown candlestick, or you place a stop-sell order slightly below that lower trend line. It might be wise to wait for a break below the support line established by the lows of the inverted cup.
Stop loss:-
When you are trading the inverse Cup and Handle pattern, you should place your stop loss order above the highest point of the handle.
Profit target:-
Two potential levels are good for your profit target: the first profit level is estimated by measuring a distance equal to the size of the handle, starting from the breakdown point, while the second profit level is estimated by measuring a distance equal to the height of the dome (inverted cup), starting from the point of the breakdown.

Head and Shoulder and Inverse Head and Shoulder differencehello dear traders,
Here are some educational chart patterns that you must know in 2022 and 2025.
I hope you find this information educational and informative.
We are new here so we ask you to support our views with your likes and comments,
Feel free to ask any questions in the comments, and we'll try to answer them all, folks.
What is the head and shoulders pattern:-
The head and shoulders pattern is used in technical analysis. This is a typical chart formation that predicts a bullish-to-bearish trend reversal. The pattern appears as a baseline with three peaks, where the outer two are close in height, and the middle is the highest.
The head and shoulders pattern is formed when the price of a stock rises to a peak and then retraces to the base of the previous up-move. Then, the price rises above the previous peak to form a "head" and then back to the original base. Finally, the stock price reaches the level of the formation's first peak before turning down again.
The Head and Shoulders pattern is considered to be one of the most reliable trend reversal patterns. It is one of several top patterns that signal with varying degrees of accuracy that an uptrend is nearing its end.
Formation of the pattern:-
Left shoulder: Price rise followed by a price peak, followed by a decline.
Head: Price rise again forming a higher peak.
Right shoulder: A decline occurs once again, followed by a rise to form the right peak,
which is lower than the head.
What Is the Inverse Head and Shoulders Pattern:-
inverse head and shoulders, also called a "head and shoulders bottom", is similar to the standard head and shoulders pattern, but inverted: with the head and shoulders top used to predict reversals in downtrends.
This pattern is identified when the price action of security meets the following characteristics: the price falls into a trough and then rises again; the price falls below the former trough and rises again; Finally, the price falls again but not to the second trough. Once the final trough is formed, the price moves upwards towards the resistance found near the top of the previous trough.
Formation of the pattern:-
Left shoulder: Price declines followed by a price bottom, followed by an increase.
Head: Price declines again forming a lower bottom.
Right shoulder: Price increases once again, then declines to form the right bottom.
Advantages and Disadvantages of the Head and Shoulders Pattern:-
Advantages:-
Experienced traders identify it easily
Defined profit and risk
Big market movements can be profited from
Can be used in all markets
Disadvantages:-
Novice traders may miss it
Large stop loss distances possible
Unfavorable risk-to-reward possible
Advantages Explained:-
Experienced traders identify it easily: The pattern is very recognizable to an experienced trader.
Defined profit and risk: Short and long entry levels and stop distance can be clearly defined with confirmation openings and closings.
Big market movements can be profited from: The timeframe for a head and shoulders pattern is fairly long, so a market can move significantly from entry to close price.
Can be used in all markets: The pattern can be used in forex and stock trading.
Disadvantages Explained:-
Novice traders might miss it: The head and shoulders pattern may not present with a flat neckline; it may be skewed, which can throw off new traders.
Large stop loss distances possible: Large downward movement over long timeframes can result in a large stop distance.
The neckline can appear to move: If the price pulls back, the neckline might be retested, confusing some traders.

6 Reliable Bullish Candlestick PatternHello dear traders,
Here are some educational chart patterns that you must know in 2022 and 2023.
I hope you find this information educational and informative.
We are new here so we ask you to support our views with your likes and comments,
Feel free to ask any questions in the comments, and we'll try to answer them all, folks.
6 Reliable Bullish Candlestick Pattern
1) The Hammer
2) Bullish Engulfing Crack
3) Bearish Engulfing Sandwich
4) Morning Star
5) Tweezer Bottom
6) Piercing Line
1. The Hammer:-
Hammer is a bullish candlestick reversal candle.
Which is formed within the next few candles. As the price declines sharply, we anticipate a final bounce.
But how can we estimate without falling into overselling?
That's where Hammer comes into play. This gives us evidence that the selling pressure is subsiding or being absorbed. Furthermore, if the volume signature associated with the hammer candle is significant, it adds even more confidence to our thesis.
We are looking to cash in on shorts who are taking profits and covering, as well as dip buyers who are taking chances here on oversold positions. Expectation? an assembly.
Ideally, you identify a hammer candle, take a long position on a break on the upside of the candle, and set risk on the low or in the body of the hammer.
Bullish Hammer Example;-
Let’s look at a real-life example with BTC. Right off the open, BTC retests the lows from the pre-market. Once it reaches those levels, volume increases slightly as it reverses on the 5-minute chart seen here.
Visibly, there is a “shelf” forming near the low of the hammer candle’s body. The bar to the left and right is also closed and open in that price “shelf” area.
The second 5-minute chart opens with a bit of weakness, then rallies strongly above the Hammer candle.
This is your signal to go long. The break of the Hammer candle body.
Set the stop below the close of this bullish 5-minute candle.
2. Bullish Engulfing Crack:-
You can imagine that shorts will start covering given the rising price of the stock. This adds fuel to the already existing buying pressure.
The result is a bullish candlestick pattern that swallows up the bears' efforts. For the long-biased trader, the opportunity is perfect.
As is the case with any setup, we are looking for evidence to sway our confidence in either direction. The fact that the bears completely got away in this single bar is proof enough for us.
You go long on the break of the previous bar and set the stop on the low.
Bullish Engulfing Examples:-
Here's a snapshot of BTC, which provided us with a beautiful opening range breakout (ORB) opportunity right out of the gate on this particular day:
After the selloff, buyers come in and remove the selling pressure from the pre-market, engulfing the bears before moving up.
To be safe, you enter long when the red candle breaks, setting your risk at the low level or body of the first green candle.
There are some advanced traders who are more aggressive and may take their positions early if they feel a reversal is imminent.
3. Bearish Engulfing Sandwich:-
do not be confused. Just because the name says "bearish" doesn't mean it's a bearish pattern. Far from it, actually. It is often referred to as a stick sandwich.
The name is derived from the sandwiching of a "bearish engulfing" candle by two bullish candles. Thus, it is a bullish candlestick pattern in this context.
Similar to the above example of a Bullish Engulfing Crack, this pattern takes a bit longer to "move through" so to speak. Essentially an extra bar.
The perception is that the trend has reversed and we are now going down. After all, the bearish engulfing candle gives us that confidence,
If you're on the smaller side, there's hope. However, stocks don't always do what we want them to. We have to react to what the market gives us, not what we think should happen.
In this case, the Bearish Engulfing Crack is used by two bullish candles that move upwards. If you are short, hopefully, you have respected your stop loss. If you are a long-time bias, here is a good opportunity for you.
Bearish Engulfing Sandwich Example:-
After opening with a 5-minute candle chart, BTC gives a great view of it in real-time.
In this case, the right side of the sandwich acts similarly to the Bullish Engulfing Crack candlestick pattern. For all intents and purposes, you should treat your entries and risk according to the same pattern.
4. The Morning Star:-
Morning Star should gap down. It's difficult to find on an intraday basis. For this reason, we are good enough for a solid Doji candle reversal pattern.
The opening candle should be long-bodied and bearish. The middle candle is the one with the smaller body. A reversal candle is another bullish candle with a long body (usually gaping up). The close of this bullish long-bodied candle should be above the midpoint of the first candle.
Without much selling pressure, the candlestick climbs to higher prices as sellers cover and buyers take advantage of discounted stock pricing.
Morning stars can also appear as morning Doji stars. They look almost identical except for the body of the middle candle. The story of buyers and sellers remains the same.
Bullish Morning Star Example:-
You can see this in action with the BTC example below. A long-body bearish candle, followed by a narrow-body indecision candle. The bulls take control of the next candle and the rest is history.
It is worthwhile to note the volume of the first candle. We cannot assume that this is a complete recession. As you can see, there is buying pressure at lower levels. When a Doji candle is formed, it gives us confidence.
As a result, as soon as the price moves away from the lower level of the green candle; It does this in small amounts.
How can we explain that?
It took less effort to increase the price. Therefore, we can assume that the reverse is "ease of movement". This should give us confidence in our long position.
5. Tweezer Bottom:-
The Tweezer Bottom Bullish candlestick pattern consists of two candles – usually with small bodies. The first should be a red/bearish candle, and the second a green/bullish candle.
Theoretically, the Tweezer Bottom alerts the chart reader to the fact that an attempt is being made to push the price down, but to no avail. Two smaller-sized candles represent the presence of demand in the market.
Supply is being absorbed keeping candles short in the presence of selling pressure, so the volume sign will appear higher.
Entry should be taken as soon as the price breaks through the second candle. Stops can be set on the lows.
Bullish Tweezer Bottom Example:-
BTC is displaying a beautiful tweezer bottom candlestick pattern for us on the 5-minute chart. Note the narrow bodies of the two candlesticks, their symmetry, and the close range from red to green.
The volume of this first red Doji is particularly interesting. Note how high it is here. Given the context, we can interpret this as an absorption of supply.
The second candlestick (green) then rapidly decreases in volume. Thus, our thesis is confirmed that sales are absorbed and eliminated.
6. Piercing Line:-
The piercing line may look similar to a bullish engulfing pattern. The exception is that the piercing line does not completely encircle the previous candle.
It is still considered a bullish candlestick pattern as it overcame the downward momentum to close at least midway in the body of the previous candle.
It pierces the bottom line but inevitably retraces.
Bullish Piercing Line Example:-
Piercing lines may present a greater risk to reward at lower levels of support. They can also act as a spring in the trading range.
This 5-minute chart of BTC shows the combination of an opening range breakout (ORB) with a piercing line. Together, it's a combination that can really add confidence to our entryways.
As with any setup, the more evidence we have to confirm our bias and plan, the better. For this reason, it is always good to ask yourself:
Are the trends in my favor?
Is it time for a change?
Does the volume confirm my thesis?
Is the stock in an area of support or resistance?
Are the multiple timeframes in line with my view?
Trade with care.

What's the Difference? Fundamental vs TechnicalHello dear traders,
Here are some educational chart patterns that you must know in 2022 and 2023.
I hope you find this information educational and informative.
We are new here so we ask you to support our views with your likes and comments,

Fundamental vs. Technical Analysis:-
Fundamental and technical analysis are two major schools of thought when it comes to approaching the markets, yet are at opposite ends of the spectrum. Investors and traders use both to research and forecast future stock prices. Like any investment strategy or philosophy, both have advocates and adversaries.
Fundamental Analysis:-
Fundamental analysis evaluates stocks by attempting to measure their intrinsic value. Fundamental analysts study everything from the overall economy and industry conditions to the financial strength and management of individual companies. Earnings, expenses, assets, and liabilities all come under scrutiny by fundamental analysts.
Technical Analysis:-
Technical analysis differs from fundamental analysis, in that traders attempt to identify opportunities by looking at statistical trends, such as movements in a stock's price and volume. The core assumption is that all known fundamentals are factored into the price, thus there is no need to pay close attention to them. Technical analysts do not attempt to measure a security's intrinsic value. Instead, they use stock charts to identify patterns and trends that suggest what a stock will do in the future.

🔥THE BEST TIME TO BUY ALTCOINS: DOMINACE AND ALTSEASON🔥 Hi friends! All you know and like the time when altcoins make +50-100% or more profit just in 1-2 weeks. Most of the traders enjoy this time. Dominance is a key thing that helps us to identify such periods (altseasons) and buy alts in time.
📊 WHAT IS ALTSEASON AND WHY DOES IT HAPPEN?
Altseason is a time when most altcoins grow by 30% or more.
THE TWO MAIN REASONS OF ALTSEAON:
1. BTC capitalization outflow and its inflow in altcoins (dominance fall).
🚩 Dominance is the ratio between the total value of all Bitcoins to the total value of the crypto market ( Bitcoin + altcoins). Altcoins start ti griw when it falls.
Bitcoin currently has a $320 billion capitalization and for Bitcoin these $1-2B globally do not mean anything. As the altcoins have a lower capitalization, when $1-2 billion from Bitcoin flows into any altcoin, it can grow by 100% or more. With large outflows (10-20% of Bitcoin's capitalization), the growth of all altcoins (altseason) begins.
2. huge money inflow in altcoins during periods of "greed", when crypto market makes new ATH or BTC is at the last stage of bull market (parabolic growth). The BTC dominance falls in this case too.
All you know the periods when BTC make a new ATH and this is a most comfortable time to grow your deposit - everything is just exploding.
✅ As Bitcoin is still far from its highs, which is the second reason for the growth of altcoins, we should look for the first reason, which is the flow of money from BTC to altcoins now. Our main task is to buy good altcoins just before the altseason.
📊 WHEN WILL THE NEXT ALTSEASON START?
Friends, as you can see on the chart, the altseason begin when the BTC dominance falls. Now we should expect the next atseason when BTC reaches 50-54% of dominance.
✅ The altcoins start PUMPS during this dominance fall as was shown at 1 and 2 cases.
Friends, I will publish a list and trading setups of the best altcoins when that time comes. Let me know which altcoin I should pay attention to. Write it's ticker in the comments.
💻Friends, press the "boost"🚀 button, write comments and share with your friends - it will be the best THANK YOU.
P.S. Personally, I open an entry if the price shows it according to my strategy.
Always do your analysis before making a trade.
🔥THE WORST YEAR FOR CRYPTO: 2022 OVERVIEW AND 2023 FORECAST✅🔥Hi friends! Bitcoin fall from $41 500 to $15 500 by 42% this year. 2022 was an amazing year, especially if you are trading using downtrend strategies. But who will be the winner in 2023? Long or short traders? Read more in this idea!
📊
WHAT WERE THE MAIN REASON FOR BTC DUMP IN 2022?
1.
LUNA, UST, and Do Kwon are the first such major crash this year. The algorithmic stablecoin UST lost its peg to $ and pulled down the LUNA token, which it was backed by.
Terra LUNA had one of the largest amounts of Bitcoin. In total, they had about 81,000 BTC in their wallets, but this did not save them from the fall. LUNA was top-10 altcoin by capitalization but fall from $110 to $0.01.
BTC fell from $31 000 to $17 900 by 44%.
2. FTX, FTT and Sam Bankman-Fried. At that moment, it seems like BTC begin to recover and already reached $21 500 after the 4 month consolidation (accumulation) from June to November. CZ tweeted about FTT sell off just only opened eyes to the problem of the #2 exchange.
🚩 Bitcoin fell to $15 500 but actually, it`s not a huge dump, as was all the year before. This fact indicates that there are almost no sellers in the markets and recovery is highly possible.
📊 THIS HAPPENED FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THE BITCOIN HISTORY
The Q1 2022 started with a small fall, but after this, the series of negative events in the cryptocurrency market pushed the price of bitcoin lower and lower. Now we should say that this is the worst year ever.
✅ All 4 quarters (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4) will close at loss FOR THE FIRST TIME IN BTC HISTORY.
📊 THE PREDICTIONS FOR BTC IN 2023
I name this year THE YEAR OF RECOVERY for the crypto market. BTC will reach $32k as a pullback to this year’s dump with a 95% probability. I think that the #1 crypto has a 70% probability test of $45k.
✅ But first, the price can update the lows and reach $10-12k. So if you are a trader , it will be a really good year because of its volatility.
If you are a long-term trader or investor , I would be in the market by 20-40% to not miss the possible growth. Another part of the deposit leaves for buying lower at $10-12k or after making new HH and HL at $21-22k.
It will be interesting to check the results in a year.
Friends, what is your target for BTC in 2023? Write your target at the comments. Please, don`t write $200-300k :)

HOW TO BALANCE LIFE AND TRADINGHi guys, This is @CRYPTOMOJO_TA One of the most active trading view authors and fastest-growing communities.
Consider following me for the latest updates and Long /Short calls on almost every exchange.
I post short mid and long-term trade setups too.
The life of a trader can be stressful, with important developments taking place constantly. This makes it essential that individuals maintain a positive work-life balance
Prioritize What You Need in Your Life
When you learn how to prioritize your life, you can focus with intention on what matters and accomplish your most important goals.
Priorities are difficult to determine.
There are some things you want to prioritize at the start of each year, such as spending more time with family, discovering your life’s purpose, starting a business, traveling the world, or becoming a profitable forex trader.
But to be honest most of us struggle to focus on what we really want in our life when the year goes on.
For example, the majority of people will never turn down a high-paying job, even if it means spending less time with family or working on themselves to find the balance of their life.
Why is that?
Because of that dopamine hits you get when you are getting a paycheck from your high-paying job.
I’m not saying it’s bad and you should quit your job. I’m saying that I’ve seen lots of people who were able to organize their lives while working a 9-5 job and still living a well-balanced lifestyle.
Also, I’ve encountered people who used to work both a day job and on their goals and then quit their jobs after accomplishing their goals.
So how are they doing it? What is the secret?
The secret is finding your life purpose and finding out what you really want to achieve in your life.
Let’s say you really want to become a profitable forex trader, but it doesn’t mean you should sit in front of your computer all day and place trades. If you do so, You will miss out on a lot of life opportunities.
You won’t be able to focus on your nutrition or physical and mental health since you won’t get enough time to reflect on yourself. You’ll also be unable to consider how and when you can spend time with your loved ones when the stress of your daily life schedule gets too tight.
This is not trading, this is a bad way of treating yourself.
So what is the solution?
Simply makes a list of what you really need in your life then prioritize them while still giving time to focus on yourself.
For example, if you have a day job but still want to be a successful trader, you can day trade the market when you get home at night.
Alternatively, you can trade on a higher timeframe, such as daily or 4-hour, to spend less time on trading while still earning a good profit.
By doing that you will have plenty of time to focus on your job and your well-being as a trader.
Remember that no matter what you’re attempting to do, whether it’s trading or running a business, you should make time to focus on your well-being.
That is what creates a balanced life, and balanced life will empower us to stay happy while also increasing our chances of success in any area. The same remains true for trading as well.
Self Improvement is Important
People who devote enough time to self-improvement have a better understanding of themselves and others, as well as a clear understanding of their goals and how to achieve them. Personal growth allows you to go forward, explore new horizons, and feel happier.
Regardless of what you are doing in your life (Doing a job, Running a business, or trading) you should prioritize improving yourself each and every day.
By improving your life as a trader, your life will become more dynamic, and you will be presented with new life opportunities, and because self-improvement leads to happiness, you will be able to enjoy life rather than worry and regret.
Now in trading, self-improvement is a direct factor that will determine a trader’s success.
Why?
Because trading success is heavily based on psychology and attitude.
Even Mark Douglas mentioned in his book Trading in the Zone that intelligent people are the majority failure in the trading industry and also he mentioned that it is the attitude and unique thinking that will make successful and sustainable traders.
Therefore rather than sitting in front of the charts, focus on the area you can improve when you are not having any trade setups.
Give your best to improve in areas like your focus, social skills, patience, mentality, attitude, positive habits, and high-demand skills.
Expect Unexpected
As traders, we are all aware that we should deal with uncertainty on a daily basis.
The majority of what you do in trading has no guaranteed outcome. Any trade can be a winner or a loser, and all we can do is respect the result and live with the uncertainty.
So how to stay positive in the face of a constant uncertain environment like the forex market?
Simply by controlling what we can control and not being too worried about things that we have no control over.
For example, we have no control over price movement, right? So what is the solution?
Simple just react to the price information according to your trading plan.
On the other hand, there are things we can control, such as risk management and being selective more about market conditions in which we should trade. Do your best to control those things.
Have a Well Define Trading Routine
A trader’s daily routine will clearly define the lifestyle he or she has.
I’ve seen traders trade all day while sitting in front of the computer browsing social media or watching YouTube, and these types of routines will lead to an unhealthy life. In reality, most of these traders struggle to maintain consistency in their trading process.
Then there are traders who have managed to find a balance between trading and other professions. The majority of these traders only trade for two to four hours every day. They will have more time to focus on other things that will lead to happiness and a well-balanced lifestyle as a result of this.
Focus on Quality Over Quantity
We all know that the volatility of the forex market is much higher and every day the market is provide us with endless trading opportunities to take advantage of.
Although we may not be able to take advantage of all of these trades, the market still makes 10 to 20 trade opportunities available to us, and if you trade on shorter timeframes, the number of trade opportunities will increase as well.
However, in reality, we cannot execute all of these trades, and attempting to do so as many trades as possible every day will result in overtrading. In terms of trading, this is bad for your account, and in terms of life, you won’t have enough time to focus on other things (like spending time with family, focusing on your nutrition and exercise, or meditation) because you’ll have to stay in front of the computer to execute all of those trade setups.
So what is the solution to stop overtrading?
There is actually a simple solution for this. Just be More Selective on Your Trade and Only Execute Higher Probability Trade Setups.
You will be able to cut down the trading opportunities you have to monitor on any given day by filtering out only the high probability trade setups, which will save you a lot of time.
You also don’t have to spend the entire day in front of the computer. As a result, you’ll have more time to focus on yourself and spend with your family.
Maintain Positive Mental Attitude
Maintaining a positive mental attitude in trading or any other activity will lead to balance in other areas of your life.
For example, if you can’t keep a positive mental attitude after a bad trading day, how can you expect to proceed through the rest of the day’s activities with confidence?
Most likely, you’ll have a harder time finishing the day productively because you let that bad trading day affect your mental state.
If this happens regularly whenever you have a bad trading period, you will never be able to find the right balance in your life as a trader.
Therefore, work on developing a strong mental attitude as a trader – an attitude that lets you remain confident in your trading abilities, trade decisions, chart analysis, and trading system in order to succeed as a forex trader and to keep a well-balanced life.

Bitcoin Historical Volatility new low Here we have the BTC historical Volatility Index in blue. Orange is the price of BTC. The teal line is the 50sma for volatility. At the bottom, I have the correlation coefficient (CC) for the volatility index with BTC. I have marked in green when the CC reaches above 0.50, and red when it crosses below -0.50. The fibonacci retracement is fairly arbitrary, but fits nicely between 0.25 and 1.00. In this article, I would like to discuss a little bit about volatility. It is often associated as going up when price goes down, but is a bit more specific in what it is telling us than simply being an inverse price indicator. Next, I’ll talk about the correlation coefficient. It is an excellent tool that every trader, and investor, should learn to use. Finally, I would like to examine some of the similarities between our recent all time low in this index, breaking the low 2018, which proceeded the infamous 2018 capitulation event.
Volatility is always an interesting indicator, and is often used to indicate position risk for the asset it is being calculated for. Simply stated, it is a measure of how much the price of an asset moves in a particular period of time. However, it can be calculated a number of different ways. The most common is standard deviation, or how far price is from an average of the price over a recent period of time. The amount of time the data is taken from can also change how the volatility measure acts and how useful it is. More so, because it measures movement, and not so much direction, it can be difficult to use it in an accurate way, as correlation appears to be inconstant at face value. Historical volatility is calculated a little differently. And honestly, before reading a few papers on it for this essay, I had not realized that ‘historical’ referenced the calculation method as opposed to it being the history of the volatility. Historical, or realized, volatility is an estimation of the standard deviation of the price of returns over a particular period of time, in this case, 24 hours. It can also be calculated with a weighting for the trading volume over the calculation period. I have placed a 50ma (150 day moving average) to show a general range for average volatility, and we can see that MA tends to oscillate between 2.5 and 5.0.
The correlation coefficient is an excellent indicator that allows you to see, and quantify, the correlation of your current chart with any other chart ticker. Here I have it set to the BLX all time price index for BTC. The higher it goes, the more correlated the movement of the 2 charts are, and below zero indicates an inverse correlation. When CC is near zero, the movements of the two charts are NOT correlated. One of the issues with volatility indexes is their accuracy can vary, and is sometime disputed. My goal in using the correlation coefficient with this index is to parse out when volatility is most useful to pay attention to, and in which direction. On this chart, we can see that when volatility spikes above 10, it is often correlated with big, sudden moves to the downside. However, not all of them are. By using the correlation coefficient, we can parse out the direction of volatility. When CC is in the green, and volatility increases, we see the price of bitcoin moving up, usually in an explosive manner. Likewise, inverse correlation is often showing us downwards movements. I find this a useful way to pull a little bit of the noise out of the volatility index.
The previous all time low in volatility of 0.35 occurred on October 28th of 2018, and about sixteen days before the 2018 capitulation event began. About a week ago on Christmas day, we broke that low, going down to 0.34. Very low volatility tells us that price isn’t just moving sideways, but is pretty flat for the most part. And if you have been following bitcoin lately (bless your soul) you know flat and boring is kind of an understatement. The good news is that it’s likely going to get exciting soon. Volatility doesn’t seem to stay at or below 1.0 for very long, and seems to be either correlated, or inversely correlated with price within a few weeks to a month after reaching 1.0. An exception would be from August of 2019 to the pandemic crash in 2020. We can see some similarities in both volatility and the correlation coefficient between the time leading up to the 2018 capitulation event and our recent data in 2022. Price action is also fairly similar (flat and boring) with the exception that in 2018, the line chart had a small move down and back up during the flatness, while we had a small move up and then down earlier in December. Although, I doubt this really means anything. In 2018, we saw a 50% drop after price had already fallen around 70%. From top to bottom, the draw-down was just under 85%. Another 50% draw-down from where we are at the time of writing would take the price of bitcoin to just over $8,000.
So what does this mean? Well, I can tell you, for sure, 100%, that I can not tell the future. I will be, however, watching my new chart very closely. But I would say it is likely we’ll be seeing something exciting, and it will probably be in January. Unfortunately, it looks like CC moves down just as fast as price, and as fast as volatility moves up during sudden, capitulation like events. However, Bitcoin always has a way of surprising everyone. If CC moves down to 0, and then puts in another local high in the next week, I would be a little spooked. If it keeps moving up to 0.50, it may be an interesting and unexpected move to the upside. Regardless of what happens, I would encourage everyone to try to understand volatility a little better than you already do, and use the correlation coefficient indicator. It is a simple, yet versatile tool that can be used to quantify data in a way that makes a trading strategy precise. Here’s to 2023, I wish you well, and thanks for reading.
