What I think NQ is going to be doing soonSo based on the current head and shoulders we are in on NQ. This video shows exactly what I think NQ will be doing unless we are in a crashing market. I doubt it. But who knows. I think we are simply correcting, going to grab liquidity and go on to make new highs. When? Who knows with the holidays. I will be right there to trade it. Seek Breakout Hunter on the socials to join us.
Are sellers in control? As we see further weakness in the S&P 500, does it indicate that sellers are in control? The current price structure implies that selling is continuing to come into the market including the opening of the Asia time zone. A parameter for us to pay attention to is how the sellers finish going into the weekend. We are approaching levels that we found buyers before. So, be cautious on the short side.
Super Simple Buying and Selling Stocks within TradingView. With the market pulling back nearly 14% over the past few days, I decided to take a punt on a potential recovery. I've opened a position in TQQQ , a 3x leveraged ETF tracking the Nasdaq 100 (top 100 tech stocks).
In this post, I show how easy it is to place an order using a connected TradingView broker—in my case, TradeStation—and set up a bracket order with a take-profit and stop-loss.
If the trade moves against me, the stop-loss automatically manages my risk by closing the position. If it moves in my favor, the take-profit ensures I lock in gains and exit automatically.
Of course, these levels can be really easily adjusted manually as the trade progresses, providing flexibility as the stock moves. You could choose to set your levels based on your favorite indicators signals or some other means.
This isn’t trading advice—just an example of how you can leverage TradingView’s functionality.
It’s real money on the line—my money—so wish me luck! That said, the market could still head lower with ongoing Fed FUD, but I’m holding out hope for a little help from Santa. 🎅
Weekly Forex Forecast: GOLD & SILVER Are Bearish! SELL Them! This forecast is for the week of DEC. 16 - 20th.
Gold and Silver are both bearish, after raiding the buy side liquidity. Silver is "heavier" than GOLD, so it would be my preferred asset to sell! There is support for lower prices, and no real support for higher prices currently.
Seems like a no brainer.
Wait for a pullback to the -FVG and look for a proper sell setup, my friends.

WEEKLY FOREX FORECAST: USD Still Bullish? YES! Buy It!This forecast is for the week of Dec. 16th - 20th.
The USD INDEX is indicating strength, continuing from last week going into this week.
The economic calendar has red folders for every day this week.
THe xxxUSD pairs are looking bearish, while the USDxxx pairs are looking bullish.
The USD Index closed last week very bearish, trading through the previous week's low. A pullback makes sense for this week, at least for the beginning of it. With NFP coming on Friday, trading up until Wed may be the safest way to go.

What I Expect Through The New Year Absent A Government Shutdown.Traders, minus a government shutdown, I do expect another altcoin pump. However, the possibility of a shutdown is throwing a big wrench into my thesis. We'll talk about how price action would look in both scenarios as well as discuss the new crypto cycle rotation. You should get to know this new rotation to remain most successful in your trading.
As always, we'll start with the DXY, VIX, SPY, and NVDA and discuss future direction and what it means for our crypto space.
Bitcoin - Please Look At This Timeframe!Bitcoin ( CRYPTO:BTCUSD ) is still totally bullish:
Click chart above to see the detailed analysis👆🏻
Please just make sure, that you don't trust Bitcoin with its daily swings of more than -5%. Looking at the overall picture, Bitcoin is still incredibly bullish and almost trading at its all time high. Bulls are 100% in control of everything and some profit taking along the way is just normal.
Levels to watch: $70.000, $100.000, $300.000

Adobe - The Triangle Breakout Is Coming!Adobe ( NASDAQ:ADBE ) still remains in a bullish market:
Click chart above to see the detailed analysis👆🏻
For more than four years, Adobe has actually been moving sideways, still digesting the crazy bullrun which we saw over the past decade. Looking at the symmetrical triangle pattern though, this is just a bullish consolidation, which will most likely end with another bullish breakout.
Levels to watch: $440, $560
Keep your long term vision,
Philip (BasicTrading)
Gold - Starting A Major -25% Correction!Gold ( TVC:GOLD ) is starting to reject resistance:
Click chart above to see the detailed analysis👆🏻
After rallying an incredible +35% during 2024, Gold is now (finally) starting to show some expected weakness at a major resistance trendline. Following this quite significant overextension, it is quite likely that we will see at least a short term bearish correction now.
Levels to watch: $2.700, $2.000
Keep your long term vision,
Philip (BasicTrading)

CFTC RULE 4.41 – HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER-OR-OVER COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN
Trading performance displayed herein is hypothetical. Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. In fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance trading results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all of which can adversely affect actual trading results.

No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses to those shown.
The risk of loss in trading can be substantial. You should therefore carefully consider whether such trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition.
If you purchase or sell Equities, Futures, Currencies or Options you may sustain a total loss of the initial margin funds and any additional funds that you deposit with your broker to establish or maintain your position. If the market moves against your position, you may be called upon by your broker to deposit a substantial amount of additional margin funds, on short notice in order to maintain your position. If you do not provide the required funds within the prescribed time, your position may be liquidated at a loss, and you may be liable for any resulting deficit in your account.
Under certain market conditions, you may find it difficult or impossible to liquidate a position. This can occur, for example, when the market makes a “limit move.” The placement of contingent orders by you, such as a “stop-loss” or “stop-limit” order, will not necessarily limit your losses to the intended amounts, since market conditions may make it impossible to execute such orders.

Missed Trade Recap: EURUSD - SHORT, 19/12/2024EU Bias Analysis: Daily EPD had been achieved on the minor range and the 4H had established a bearish pro-trend. After reading between the messy price actions lines, I confirmed that short entries were in line with the 1H bearish range. Price pulled back to equilibrium at 50% and the short position could've been executed after entry confirmation.
Grade: High Risk
Why I Missed This Position:
- This position was a high risk trade, and as I'm currently in phase 2 of the trait building protocol, I am only permitted to take low risk variations.
- A low risk variation of this position would've seen price retrace to at least the 70.5% fib level without displacing and forming 1-sided FVG's. Once a 1H or 4H KI area was mitigated, I would then require an internal sweep of TBL on the 15M timeframe to satisfy trade parameters.
